Abstract

A washing agent dispenser including a washing agent case sized and shaped to hold a solid or solidified washing agent, and means for attachment of the case to a support or a surface, the case enabling collection of a surface sample of the washing agent by means of a washing instrument.

Description

The present invention relates to the field of dispensers of dishwashing products.

Such products are usually made by a tank of liquid detergent, comprising an orifice provided with a valve for delivering a quantity determined liquid. As an example of art prior art, the utility certificate FR2700762 which describes a device for dispensing liquids by jet. It consists of a flexible hose fitted inside several pipes connected on the one hand to a point arrival of liquids corresponding to these pipes, and on the other hand, by a socket connected to a receiver distributor on the pipelines, to allow liquids to advance to the faucets. When the user presses one or more of these faucets, the liquid advances through check valves towards the outlet that will distribute the liquid through accessories.

Other documents of the prior art describe different embodiments of dispensers of liquid washing products. The patent FR2628076 described by example a reservoir allowing the distribution of a product mix. The PCT91 / 19449 patent describes a dispenser of detergent having a valve manually activatable.

US 4,938,346 A discloses a dispensing device for solid washing product.

The purpose of the present invention is to propose a distributor adapted to a manual washing mode particularly ergonomic.

For this purpose, the invention relates to a device dispenser of detergent according to claim 1.

For the purposes of this patent, "support" the wall located near the worktop or the workplan.

According to a first variant, the means of bond is intended for fixing the washing product on the wall.

According to a second variant, the means of bond is intended for fixing the washing product on a work plan.

Advantageously, the surface of the product of washing is tilted, in use position, from an angle between 100 and 160 °. Preferably, the angle is about 130 °.

According to a first embodiment, the solid or solid washing product is housed in a rigid shell.

According to a second embodiment, the solid or solid wash product is self-supporting and has a securing means with the support.

The device comprises a base (1), a first shell (2) and a second shell (3).

The base (1) is formed by a piece of material molded plastic having a planar face (4) fixing on a wall by means of screws through holes (5, 6), for example oblong holes according to the principle known elsewhere for fixing various accessories on a wall.

The washing product is constituted by a solid or pasty substance deposited in the hinged shell (3). This shell (3) has a cavity whose shape is complementary to the form of the washing product.

The second shell (3) is articulated around a transverse pivot (7) and can switch between a position closed in which the transverse plane passing through the border (8) is slightly inclined with respect to the plane vertical, for example about 10 °, and a position opening in which this plane is slightly inclined downwards relative to a horizontal plane, for example about thirty degrees.

The first shell (2) has a passing plane by the border (9) remaining inclined by ten degrees forward, relative to a vertical plane.

The second shell (3) is extended by a spout rear (10). This spout (10) comes into contact with the surface the outer shell (11) of the fixed shell (2) when the device is in the open position of use.

In the closed position, this beak comes to form a convex zone of collection of liquid effluents to avoid that they do not drip on the work plan.

The solidified washing product can be secured to the receptacle by various means: clipping, by anchoring on notched lugs coming lodge in cavities provided on the back of the washing product, or by a connecting piece cooperating with a complementary housing provided on the receptacle.

The support can be fixed on the wall or on the worktop by adherent material (single adhesive or double-sided) by screwing (screw and buttonhole or hole oblong), by a sucker, or by gravity (ballast and adherent material such as rubber or PVC).

The washing product can be poured directly in the receptacle, or in a plastic film end and disposable, clipped into the shell of the support, or cast in form for attachment to the receptacle.

It can be constituted by a siliceous polymer based on an organomineral silicate copolymer to be obtained by condensation polymerization from minus one ammonium or alkali metal silicate and one organic silicon compound such as siliconate alkali metals, an alkoxysilane. Such a siliceous polymer is in adsorbed and / or absorbed form on a hydrosoluble solid mineral support. Quantities respective amounts of ammonium silicate or alkali metal silicon organic compound corresponding to a ratio of Si mass derived from the organic compound / total Si mass in the silicon polymer of the order 0.001. The polymer silicon has a water content of the order of 10 to 35% in weight.

The washing product may be constituted by a homogeneous material, or by a stratified heterogeneous material, or formed of flakes of a first material incorporated in a second material, or two or more materials juxtaposed.

Claims (21)

1. Dispensing device for washing-up product capable of receiving a cleaning product constituted of a solid or pasty substance co-operating with a means of connection with a support characterised in that the said means of connection comprises a receptacle (22, 3) furnishing a cavity whose shape is complementary to the shape of the said solid cleaning product, the said receptacle comprising a means of attaching the said cleaning product to the said receptacle (22, 3), allowing the removal of a surface sample using a cleaning utensil, from a surface of the said cleaning product.

Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1 comprising a cleaning product constituted of a solid or pasty substance, characterised in that the cleaning product is attached to the receptacle via clips, or via cramping onto notched spigots inserted into the devised cavities on the back of the cleaning product or via a connection part co-operating with a devised complementary connection on the said receptacle or even via casting directly in the receptacle.
3. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1 comprising a cleaning product constituted of a solid or pasty substance, characterised in that the surface of the cleaning product is tilted, in the use position, at an angle lying between 100° and 160°.
4. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1 comprising a cleaning product constituted of a solid or pasty substance, characterised in that the cleaning product incorporates means of attachment to a support (20).
5. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to at least one of claims 1 to 2, characterised in that the means of connection to the support (20) are constituted of an attachment element.
6. Dispensing device according to claim 1, characterised in that the receptacle consists of a base (1) furnished with a lower shell (3) and an upper shell (2).
7. Dispensing device according to claim 6, characterised in that the lower shell (3) is tilted towards the base in relation to a horizontal plane, that being at an angle lying between 90° and 120° in relation to the vertical plane.
8. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that the front edge (24) of the washing-up device is capable of extending as far as the washing-up bowl (25).
9. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that the front edge (24) of the washing-up device is capable of being lifted away from the washing-up bowl (25).
10. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that the receptacle consists of a box, purposed to receive the solid or solidified cleaning product.
11. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 10, characterised in that the box can be moved between a first stable position in which the usable surface of the cleaning product can be accessed by a cleaning utensil, and a second stable storage position.

Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 10, characterised in that the box is furnished with a tilted shell (3), in the use position, in a plane at an angle lying between 90° and 160° in relation to the vertical plane, the tilted part being purposed to receive the solid cleaning product.

Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 10, characterised in that the box is constituted of two shells (2, 3) articulated by a horizontal hinge (7), one of the parts having means of fixation (1) to a support (20), the other part being constituted of a shell (3) purposed to receive the solid cleaning product.
14. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that the shell (3) extends, to the rear of the axis of articulation, via a convex jaw (10) creating a cavity to collect the liquid effluents when closed.
15. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 10, characterised in that the box is made of a base (1) allowing fixation to a support (20), bound to a first shell (2) which is fixed and a second shell which is movable around a transversal articulation (7).

Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 13, characterised in that the box is made of a base (1) allowing fixation to a support (20), bound to a first shell (2) which is fixed and a second shell (3) which is movable around a transversal articulation, the second shell which is movable furnishing a front part complementary to the shell which is fixed, and a rear part fitting, in a closed position, onto the support (20) thus creating a waterproof bottom.
17. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that it has, on the opposite side to the surface for removal, a pivot for connection to the support (20), allowing the device, in a resting position, to tilt into a position distanced from the washing-up bowl (25).
18. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that it is capable of being fixed to a wall (21) or a work top with an adhesive material, for example a single-sided or double-sided adhesive.
19. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that it is capable of being fixed to a wall (21) or a work top via a screw joint, for example using a screw and a slot or an oblong hole.
20. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that it is capable of being fixed to a wall (21) or a worktop via a suction pad.
21. Dispensing device for a cleaning product according to claim 1, characterised in that it is capable of being fixed to a wall (21) or a work top gravitationally, for example using a counterweight and an adhesive material such as rubber or PVC.
