Claims (2)

  1. Connecteur à fiches (1) comportant des éléments de contact (3) agencés dans un corps isolant (2), qui sont pourvus d'une extrémité de contact à fiche (4) et une extrémité de connexion soudée (6), l'extrémité de connexion soudée étant réalisée pour le montage en surface sur une carte de circuits imprimés,
    les éléments de contact (3) présentant entre l'extrémité de contact à fiche (4) et l'extrémité de connexion soudée (6) des évidements (10) opposés formant un rétrécissement,
    caractérisé en ce que dans la région des évidements (10), les éléments de contact (3) sont repliés sur un côté qui n'est pas pourvu d'un évidement.
  2. Procédé de fabrication d'un connecteur à fiches selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que
    les éléments de contact (3) contigus sur un ruban porte-contacts (9) sont insérés dans des ouvertures de réception (7) du corps isolant (2) et fixés dans les ouvertures de réception (7), les évidements (10) des éléments de contact (3) étant positionnés sur l'arête (8) sur le fond (2) du corps isolant,
    en ce que les éléments de contact (3) sont détachés du ruban porte-contacts (9),
    en ce qu'un premier outil (14) agit sur les extrémités de connexion soudée (6) des éléments de contact, lesquelles font saillie perpendiculairement hors du corps isolant, les extrémités de connexion soudée (6) étant repliées transversalement aux évidements (10) tout d'abord sur un angle de < 90° par rapport à la perpendiculaire, et
    en ce qu'ensuite, un deuxième outil (16) agit sur les extrémités de connexion soudée (6), les extrémités de connexion soudée (6) étant pliées sur un angle de presque 90° par rapport à la perpendiculaire.
