Abstract
Ein fluidbetätigter Aktuator, insbesonders hydraulischer Arbeitszylinder, besteht aus einem hohlen Zylinderrohr (1), zwei Endstücken (5, 6), einem im Zylinderrohr durch die Wirkung eines Arbeitsfluids verschiebbaren Kolben (4) und zumindest einer mit dem Kolben verbundenen, durch eines der Endstücke abgedichtet herausgeführten Kolbenstange (7), und zumindest einem Anschluß (2) zur Einbringung des Arbeitsfluids in einen zwischen zumindest einem der Endstücke und dem Kolben gebildeten Arbeitsraum des Aktuators, wobei gegenüber der ersten Kolbenstange (7) eine zweite Kolbenstange (9) mit dem Kolben (4) verbunden ist, welche zweite Kolbenstange (9) durch das zweite Endstück (6) abgedichtet hindurchgeführt und mit einem Wegaufnehmer (15) gekoppelt ist, der an dem Ende des Aktuators vorgesehen ist, das der ersten Kolbenstange (7) gegenüber liegt. Um die Ermittlung der Stellung der Kolbenstange einfach und sicher und unter Einhaltung einer sehr kompakten und dennoch mechanisch robusten Bauweise der gesamten Anordnung bewerkstelligen zu können, so dass der Aktuator insbesondere zum Einsatz in Kraftfahrzeugen geeignet ist, ist ein starres Verbindungsstück (1b) vom zweiten Endstück (6) bis zu einem zur Ankopplung des Aktuators an ein beliebiges weiteres Bauteil ausgelegten Bodenelement (10) vorgesehen und der Wegaufnehmer (15) an dieser starren Verbindung (1b) montiert. A fluid-operated actuator, in particular a hydraulic working cylinder, consists of a hollow cylinder tube (1), two end pieces (5, 6), a piston (4) displaceable in the cylinder tube by the action of a working fluid and at least one connected to the piston by one of the end pieces Piston rod (7) guided out in a sealed manner, and at least one connection (2) for introducing the working fluid into a working space of the actuator formed between at least one of the end pieces and the piston, with a second piston rod (9) with the piston opposite the first piston rod (7) (4), which second piston rod (9) is passed through the second end piece (6) in a sealed manner and is coupled to a displacement transducer (15) which is provided at the end of the actuator which lies opposite the first piston rod (7). In order to be able to determine the position of the piston rod simply and safely and in compliance with a very compact, yet mechanically robust design of the entire arrangement, so that the actuator is particularly suitable for use in motor vehicles, there is a rigid connecting piece (1b) from the second end piece (6) up to a base element (10) designed to couple the actuator to any other component and the displacement sensor (15) is mounted on this rigid connection (1b).
