Abstract
Description
Set active ingredient tablets as a dosage form for detergents and decalcifying agents in practice more and more. One reason for this is the simple dosage, which do not measure the solid detergent and / or descaler requires what is also to be advocated for environmental reasons, because it is environmentally harmful Overdoses are avoidable. It also does not happen to crumble, cake or accidentally spill, since the one-piece tablet usually prevents this.
A disadvantage of the solids compacted into an active ingredient tablet, however, is the reduced dissolution rate of the ingredients because of the reduced attack surface for the dissolving medium water. In order to counteract this disadvantage, it has already been proposed according to DE-U-93 14 981 to add a so-called effervescent substance (disintegrant) to the ingredients of the tablet. It is in particular a carbon dioxide releaser, for example in the form of sodium hydrogen carbonate and / or sodium carbonate, which can be activated easily under acidic conditions, and a solid acid, for example in the form of citric acid. If water is also present in the form of toilet flushing water, the reaction begins, producing carbon dioxide, which disintegrates the active ingredient tablet. This reaction is extremely effective with tablets, since the two reactants are very close together due to the compressed production form of the tablet.
Because of the principle of action of the effervescent tablet body described, it is understandable that prefabricated effervescent tablets are extremely moisture-unstable. Accordingly, a packaging is chosen for the active ingredient tablets which is impermeable to water vapor, so that the carbon dioxide development which decomposes the active ingredient tablet cannot begin to begin with either. Conventionally used plastic films can be used as packaging materials, but have the disadvantage that they are not completely impermeable to water vapor. Moisture can get inside, especially at the sealing areas of the packaging, which can significantly reduce the storage stability of the active ingredient products designed as effervescent tablets. In particular, careless handling can lead to so-called bombing of the packaging, i.e. especially under the humidity that penetrates the packaging or is caused by moisture in the raw material, the effervescent active ingredient tablet decomposes and the packaging bursts due to the associated increase in volume on. Particularly if the active ingredient tablets are stored for a prolonged period of time, they are likely to become unusable, so that they are unusable for sale.
Die Zeolithe dienen also bei den bekannten Lösungen ausschließlich dem Einlagern waschaktiver Reinigungssubstanzen.DE-A-197 22 832 is a detergent tablet with improved Dissolving properties known, disintegration problems of a effervescent This avoided detergent tablets that in addition to the bubble system, a swellable, water-insoluble disintegration agent introduced into the molded body is, the molded body from a compressed, particulate Detergent and cleaning agent composition consist and 1 to 10 % By weight of a swellable, water-insoluble disintegration aid as well as 3 to 60% by weight of a gas-developing shower system. In addition to the swellable, water-insoluble disintegration aids the known detergent tablets have a water-free one Substance zeolite 4A, regularly 1/5 of the total weight is used to that effect. The zeolite material mentioned serves the known detergent tablets for storage of wash-active substances that are embedded in the zeolite framework and then under the influence of the washing water for a washing and Cleaning process. The zeolites therefore serve the known solutions exclusively for the storage of washing-active cleaning substances.
Eine dahingehende Aufgabe löst eine Wirkstoff-Tablette mit den Merkmalen des Anspruches 1.Starting from this prior art, the object of the invention based on the storage stability of active ingredient tablets with effervescent additives increase. An active ingredient tablet solves one of these tasks with the Features of claim 1.
Characterized in that according to the characterizing part of claim 1 Active ingredient tablet has a desiccant distributed in it that with is provided with a crystalline structure in which up to a predetermined Threshold to avoid disintegration of the water tablet is storable, it is possible to remove the amount of humidity from the environment "physically" in the tablet over the crystalline structure, without the water passing through the shower additives and therefore the Active ingredient tablet damages. It has been shown that even under storage conditions, which correspond to climate zone III, i.e. in a tropical climate with 75% relative humidity and 35 ° C ambient temperature, the such modified active ingredient tablet can be stored long-term without it harmful disintegration of their reactants.
Due to the crystalline storage structure, the tablet is placed over it added stability, i.e. the mentioned water retention leads not to an unwanted volume expansion of the drying agent, which otherwise break up the tablet and thus destroy their cohesion would.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous as an internal drying agent to use anhydrous silicates, the crystal structure of which is particularly suitable is to store water molecules from the air humidity. It’s surprising that the water in question is the initiator of the shower reaction is no longer available and only for the related reaction from more water is to be added to the outside of the tablet.
It has proven particularly favorable to use anhydrous silicates in the form of To use zeolites or molecular sieves.
It is surprising for a person skilled in the field of active ingredient systems that he with a zeolite builder that only 2 to 4 wt .-% of entire tablet, preferably less than 3 wt .-%, water can store to such an extent that it does not disintegrate the Effervescent tablet is coming. In contrast to known detergent systems there is therefore no desired swelling process, but the tablet remains stable and unchanged in volume and volume. The active ingredient tablet therefore represents an underhydrodized tablet in the sense of the invention Entire system that is not swellable.
Weitere vorteilhafte Ausführungsformen sind Gegenstand der Unteransprüche. Further advantageous embodiments are the subject of the dependent claims.
Andere Wirkstoff-Zusammensetzungen
sind jedoch gleichfalls möglich und die genannten
Prozentangaben beziehen sich auf Gewichtsteile der Tablette.
