Description
The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for manufacturing of mailers, including envelopes of web-like Material, with the help of several process steps and correspondingly in multiple workstations in a variety of ways is processed (see, for example, US-A-3 400 641). The web-shaped material is at its edges cut and cut, with adhesive, folded and bonded. In special cases, a second, flat part like z. B. a window blank, a sticker, an adhesive - cover strip or another, additional, the shipping bag or the Envelope blank forming part with the help of adhesive directly still on the sheet-like material or on a blank or Rough attached. The associated technical effort is great and above all, it is a problem when it comes to the number of pieces the shipping bag or envelopes to be produced per To significantly increase the time unit.
The invention is therefore based on the object process steps and to provide the associated device with the help of which it is possible is the number of pieces per unit of time in the production of shipping bags including from envelopes that not only increase a part, but from at least two initially separate parts consist.
To solve the said problem, the invention provides the features Of claim 1, that at least one of the two parts and / or its support in the region of the joint wavy move. The actual contact and connection point is minimal larger than a linear contact surface. Your curvature and Location is due to the curvature of the suction roller serving as the application roller specified. Immediately next to the actual contact point is the curvature of at least one of the two parts and / or its Straightened against the curvature of the applicator roll and goes then immediately into a preferably common level. The respective ones Arched pieces are extremely short.
The leadership and handling of both parts when stacking and Gluing is easier in the said way than before, in particular because almost no due to the curvature belt tension occur and also because usually only one of the two together parts to be joined according to the curvature of the applicator roll must be bent. At least one of the two parts is running almost straight through the contact and junction and is nevertheless guided in a minimal wavy manner. The consequence of this is that Larger quantities than previously achieved per unit time.
For carrying out the method according to the invention it is further provided that at least one of the two parts and / or its carrier at the junction first convex in a trough and then concave through the hollow and finally convex out of the Move trough. The respective bow pieces are extremely short and cause therefore no pronounced, but only a minimal Curvature. To achieve this, the trough is according to the invention only shallow and can have a maximum depth of for example 1.5 mm to 2 mm own.
Further features of the invention will become apparent from the claims and the description in connection with the drawing.
