Claims (3)
- Werkzeug zur Herstellung eines außen verzahnten Getriebeteiles durch ein Drückverfahren mit einem zum Tragen des von einem Vorsetzer (2) beaufschlagten Werkstücks (3) geeigneten und zu einer Drehbewegung angetriebenen Aufnahmewerkzeug (1) und einer in einem Träger um eine parallel zur Achse (X-X) des Aufnahmewerkzeugs (1) ausgerichteten Achse (Y-Y) drehbar gelagerten Formrolle (4), die in Richtung ihrer Y-Achse gegenüber dem Aufnahmewerkzeug (1) verstellbar ist und in Richtung ihrer Y-Achse in mehrere aufeinander folgende Umformbereiche (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) mit ansteigender Zahntiefe aufgeteilt ist, wobei die Formrolle (4) senkrecht zu ihrer Y-Achse, d. h. also radial zur Durchführung des Drückverfahrens auf das Werkstück (3) zustellbar ist und die Zahnhöhe der einzelnen Umformbereiche (4a, 4b, 4c, 4d) ansteigend ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopfkreis bei allen Umformbereichen (4a-4d) der Formrolle (4) gleich ist, der Radius des Fußkreises der einzelnen Umformbereiche (4a-4d) vom ersten Umformbereich (4a) bis zum letzten Umformbereich (4d) verringert, die Zahntiefe vom ersten Umformbereich (4a) bis zum letzten Umformbereich (4d) ansteigend ist und damit die Zahndicke am Fußkreis vom ersten Umformbereich (4a) bis zum letzten Umformbereich (4d) zunehmend ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formrolle (4) frei drehbar gelagert ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch mindestens eine durch zwei zusammenwirkende Druckrollen (9, 10) gebildete Begrenzungseinrichtung (7, 8), die im Randbreich des eine rotierende hin- und hergehende Bewegung ausführenden Werkstücks (3) vorsehbar ist.
