Description
Claims (15)
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht, insbesondere für einen Kolbenring, die im wesentlichen aus einem sechswertiges Chrom enthaltenden Elektrolyten gebildet ist, wobei sich in der Schicht Risse befinden und in diese Risse Diamantpartikel eingelagert sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Diamantpartikel eine Größe im Bereich von 0,25 bis 0,4 µm besitzen.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hartchromschicht Legierungselemente aufweist.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chromschicht eine Dicke zwischen 0,0005 und 1,0 mm beträgt.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spaltbreite der Risse größer als 0,001 mm ist.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Chromschicht aus mindestens zwei Chromschichtlagen besteht.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die mindestens zwei Chromschichtlagen eine unterschiedliche Kristallstruktur aufweisen.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil der Diamantpartikel in der Chromschicht 0,1 bis 10 Gew.-% beträgt.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß neben den Diamantpartikeln weitere Hartstoffpartikel in den Rissen eingelagert sind.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hartstoffpartikel Wolframkarbid, Chromcarbid, Aluminiumoxid, Siliziumkarbid, Siliziumnitrid, Borkarbid und/oder kubisches Bomitrid enthalten.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in den Rissen weiterhin Festschmierstoffpartikel, Feststoffpartikel zur Erhöhung der Duktilität, der Korrosionsfestigkeit und/oder Feststoffpartikel als Farbstoffe enthalten sind.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Diamantpartikel aus mono- und/oder polykristallinem Diamant gebildet sind.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß über ihr noch eine Einlaufschicht aufgebracht ist.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einlaufschicht eine galvanisch abgeschiedene Ni-Co-P-Legierungsschicht mit Siliziumnitrid-Einlagerungen ist.
- Galvanische Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie gradiert ist.
- Verwendung der galvanischen Hartchromschicht nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, für einen Kolbenring.
