Description

Gebiet der ErfindungField of the Invention

The invention relates to a linear roller bearing with a carriage, the itself with a supporting body on circumferential rolling elements on a guide rail is supported and displaceable along this, the guide rail for attachment to a connecting structure in the longitudinal direction of the rail has screw holes arranged one behind the other, into which Screws can be inserted, and the rolling elements on each long side the guide rail in an end face arranged on the support body Head piece are deflected and run through return channels of the supporting body, as well as with sealing strips, with those from the guide rail and rolling element spaces formed in the guide carriage are closed to the outside, the sealing strips touch the guide rail with sealing lips.

Hintergrund der ErfindungBackground of the Invention

Sealing strips in linear roller bearings are required to prevent losses in the to avoid the lubricant located in the rolling bearing rooms and around that Penetration of dirt and foreign matter and consequent damage to prevent in the rolling bearing area. From document EP 0 318 980 A1 a linear roller bearing is known, which one from the bottom one-piece endless sealing strip inserted in the guide carriage contains that in a similarly shaped one-piece weatherstrip holder arranged and fastened with this in the carriage. This sealing strip consists of two the U-shaped front areas overlapping the guide rail, the Leg ends merge into two connection areas, which act as longitudinal seals rest on the two long sides of the guide rail. The U-bars of the front areas lie against the top of the guide rail and extend there transversely to this as front seals. Therefore paint over they move one after the other as the carriage moves arranged screw holes in the guide rail, which are used for fastening the guide rail on the connecting structure is required are. Even if these holes are plugged in, for example Plugs are closed, their edges can slide over them Damage the sealing lip of the sealing strip so that the seal the rolling element spaces formed by the guide rail and the guide carriage is no longer guaranteed. Such damage poses is a frequently occurring cause of damage in linear roller bearings.

Document DE 34 22 444 A1 describes a telescopic unit Linear roller bearing known, in which one between the legs U-shaped inner rail and a U-shaped outer rail each cage are arranged from resilient plastic. The inner rail is moved back and forth along the outer rail in the longitudinal direction. Each cage is connected to the inner rail and contains a guide channel with an endless row of balls. Of these are balls of the supporting row guided in a continuous guide slot of the cage. The edge of the Guide slot is designed as a sealing lip surrounding this, which is integrally connected to the cage. It touches the neighboring outer leg the outer rail tight while on the outer rail slides when the inner rail moves back and forth. There here the outer rail acting as the guide rail of the linear roller bearing in Storage area apparently not with screws on a connecting structure attached, the problem of damage to the sealing lips when slipping on the edges of screw holes do not occur. Moreover If the sealing lips wear, the cage must also be replaced, since the sealing lips are made in one piece with this.

The document DE 42 23 499 A1 shows the use of a one-piece endless sealing strip for a roller shoe, this can but only that of a carrier of the circulating shoe and a guide rail seal formed space in which the supporting rolling elements Roll on the surface of the guide rail. Whether and if so, in which Way, the rolling elements in the associated return channel and in not shown, but sealed the necessary deflection channels to the outside are not apparent from this document.

A generic linear roller bearing is below in Connection described with Figure 4.

Zusammenfassung der ErfindungSummary of the invention

The invention has for its object the sealing of the linear roller bearing to develop further so that damage to the sealing lips during operation be avoided.

This object is achieved in that in the carriage two one-piece endless sealing strips are used, the one on each side of the guide rail the support body arranged cage for the rolling elements are held each sealing strip with its sealing lip outside the area of screw holes arranged one behind the other on the guide rail abuts and the rolling element space on one long side of the guide rail closes. In this way, the seal can only focus on the Areas of the roller bearings, such as roller or ball bearing raceways, their sealing strips come with the areas of the screw holes not in contact with the guide rail, causing damage the sealing lips on the edges of the holes is not possible.

When using guide carriages according to the invention Principle arranged sealing strips can even on a Closure of the screw holes in the guide rail is dispensed with because the sealing strips are only in the area of the roller bearing raceways the carriage passes over the guide rail. In addition to the advantage of higher functional reliability, this is a not inconsiderable one Assembly advantage connected.

Ausführliche Beschreibung der ZeichnungDetailed description of the drawing

A previously known linear roller bearing according to FIG. 4 consists of a guide rail 1 and a carriage 2, which is along the guide rail is displaceable and from a support body 3 with two end faces attached headers. The support body 3 is U-shaped in cross section trained and is based on rolling elements 4 with its two U-legs on tracks of the guide rail 1 from the two Long sides are arranged. The rolling elements here are rollers and run in four individual endless rotations each in a support zone on the guide rail 1 along, they then get into one in the respective head piece trained deflection zone to finally in a return channel 5 of the supporting body 3 to run back and in again in the other head piece the bearing zone to be redirected.

The space formed by the guide rail 1 and the support body 3 Rolling elements on each side of the guide rail 1 is by longitudinal sealing strips 6 and invisible front sealing strips closed to the outside. Due to tolerance, it occurs at the joints between the Longitudinal sealing strips and the front sealing strips a game that the Effect of the seal is impaired. The sealing strips 6 are in one on the support body 3 arranged cage 7 held for the rolling elements 4.

The linear roller bearing according to the invention shown in FIG. 1 is fundamental constructed in the same way, with a guide rail 8, a guide carriage 9, the support body 10 with the rolling elements 11 and their cage 12 contains and the return channels 13 for the returning rolling elements 11 having. Like the guide rail 1 in FIG. 4, the guide rail also has 8 screw holes arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction of the rail 14 in which screws for fastening the guide rail can be plugged into the adjacent construction. According to the invention is a one-piece, for each long side of the guide rail 8, Endless sealing strip 15 used in the support body 10 over the cage 12 is held and the sealing lip 16 on the guide rail 8 fits tightly. You get on the top of the guide rail 8 adjacent length range not in the area of the screw holes 14, so that damage to the sealing lip 16 by the edge of the bore cannot be done. The sealing lip areas of the parallel to this Length range of the endless sealing strip 15, that on the side of the guide rail 8 abuts, and the two according to the cross section of Guide rail 8 connecting areas come with their Sealing lip areas only on the smooth surface of the guide rail 8, so that a possibility of damage due to discontinuities of the Guide rail surface does not exist. According to the invention are here for each long side of the guide rail 8 an endless sealing strip 15, a total of two sealing strips 15 are provided. These extend not in the area of the screw holes 14 on the top of the guide rail 8th.
