Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Common Rail Einspritzsystem. Ein Common Rail Einspritzsystem besteht im wesentlichen aus einer Hochdruckpumpe, den Einspritzleitungen und den Injektoren. Um das Common Rail Einspritzsystem möglichst montagefreundlich zu gestalten wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, die Einspritzleitungen durch ein einziges Rail 2 zu ersetzen und dieses Rail mittels Schrauben 3 und Pratzen 4 direkt am Zylinderkopf 1 zu befestigen. Die Pratzen 4 bilden mit dem Rail 2 eine bauliche Einheit. Diese Einheit kann mittels der Schrauben 3 zur Abdichtung gegen ein Druckrohr 6 gepreßt werden. Zwischen Rail 2 und Druckrohr 6 kann noch ein Durchflußbegrenzer 7 vorgesehen sein. Durch die bauliche Einheit von Rail 2 und den Pratzen 4 ergibt sich eine äußerst günstige Montagemöglichkeit ( Fig. 2 ) . The invention relates to a common rail injection system. A common rail injection system essentially consists of a high pressure pump, the injection lines and the injectors. In order to make the common rail injection system as easy to install as possible, it is proposed according to the invention to replace the injection lines with a single rail 2 and to fasten this rail directly to the cylinder head 1 by means of screws 3 and claws 4. The claws 4 form a structural unit with the rail 2. This unit can be pressed against a pressure pipe 6 by means of the screws 3 for sealing. A flow limiter 7 can also be provided between rail 2 and pressure pipe 6. The structural unit of rail 2 and the claws 4 results in an extremely favorable mounting option (FIG. 2).
