Claims (10)
- Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung zur Erfassung des Trübungsgrades einer Lauge, die in der Abflußleitungsanordnung eines Laugenbehälters angeordnet ist und eine aus einem Sender und einem Empfänger bestehende optische Sensoreinrichtung aufweist, welche an einem transparenten Feststoff-Rohrabschnitt angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb eines Ablaufloches (1) des Laugenbehälters im Bereich einer Ablaufleitung (2) die zur Erfassung des Trübungsgrades der Lauge dienende optische Sensoreinrichtung innerhalb eines mit einem transparenten Meßrohrabschnitt (4) versehenen Einpaßstückes (3) angeordnet und das Einpaßstück (3) so ausgebildet ist, daß es in eine dafür geschaffene, geometrisch dafür vorgesehene Öffnung in der Ablaufleitung (9) einschiebbar ist.
- Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einpaßstück (3) zusammen mit dem Meßrohrabschnitt (4) als äußere Körperwandung (11) ein abdichtendes Formelement aufweist, das gleichzeitig mit dem Einschieben in die Öffnung der Ablaufleitung (2) in eine Arretieröffnung (10) der Wandung der Ablaufleitung (2) einschiebbar ist.
- Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Einpaßstück (3) mit dem Meßrohrabschnitt (4) derart in die Ablaufleitung (2) einbringbar ist, daß der transparente Meßrohrabschnitt (4) zwischen dem Ablaufloch (1) und einem einem Laugenrücklauf-Sperrventil (6) vorgeordneten Abstandsring (8) paßgerecht angeordnet ist.
- Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der transparente Meßrohrabschnitt (4) der Sensoreinrichtung in einem gabelartigen, den transparenten Meßrohrabschnitt (4) umgreifenden Gehäuse angeordnet und an den Kontaktflächen des Meßrohrabschnittes (4) an das Gehäuse angepaßt ist.
- Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in einem von Gabelfortsätzen des Gehäuses zumindest ein optischer Sender und in dem anderen solcher Gabelfortsätze zumindest ein optischer Empfänger angeordnet sind, die einander gegenüberliegen und elektrisch miteinander gekoppelt sind.
- Transmissionsvorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der optische Sender als Infrarot-Leuchtdiode und der optische Empfänger als Fototransistor ausgebildet sind.
- Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sensoreinrichtung aus mehreren parallel arbeitenden, optischen Sensorschranken besteht.
- Trommelwaschmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Geschirrspülmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
- Waschmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Transmissionsmeßvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7.
