Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for emptying liquids filled containers, in particular canisters and barrels with one in one Clamp opening of the container fixable adapter, with one in the container pointing suction lance and a degassing device, as well as with a coupling piece that can be connected to the adapter for connection a suction device.
Such devices for emptying barrels filled with liquids and canisters are known in practice in various embodiments. In these known devices, the suction lances are provided The adapter is firmly pressed or injected into the bung openings of the containers. There the containers cannot be completely emptied via the suction lances always a residual amount of liquid in the containers.
To ensure proper disposal of, for example, chemicals or To be able to manage containers filled with dangerous goods, it is after the For this reason, the suction lance and if necessary, parts of the suction device that can be connected to it with the aid of Remove tools from the bung opening. Since the adapters are fluid or are injected liquid-tight into the bung openings, the removal of the Adapters a very time-consuming and therefore expensive job. In addition, is a unwanted product contact with the contaminated suction lance when removing of the adapter almost impossible.
Proceeding from this, the invention is based on the technical problem, a Device for emptying containers filled with liquids type mentioned in such a way that it is simple and a complete emptying of the container allows, without the risk there is that the user comes into contact with the contaminated suction lance.
The solution to this problem is characterized in that the adapter has a predetermined breaking point surrounding the connection of the suction lance, via which the suction lance can be pressed into the interior of the container.
By forming the predetermined breaking point in the area of the connection of the Suction lance to the adapter is the one designed according to the invention Device possible after emptying the container via the suction lance push them into the inside of the container so as to remove the liquid residue to be able to empty from the container through the re-opened bung opening. Because it is not necessary to remove the suction lance from the container, in this embodiment, the risk that the operator is minimized this device in contact with the liquid in the container comes.
According to a special embodiment of the invention, the predetermined breaking point formed as the connection of the suction lance coaxial surrounding row of holes. On the one hand, this formation of the predetermined breaking point is very technical in terms of production easy to implement and also enables easy triggering the predetermined breaking point for pressing the suction lance into the container.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the predetermined breaking point formed simultaneously as a degassing device. This Degassing devices are used, on the one hand, from the liquid to let escaping gases escape from the container and on the other hand when aspirating the liquid via the one connected to the suction lance To let a corresponding air volume flow into the suction device and to avoid the creation of a vacuum inside the container. at the device according to the invention can be used for this degassing or fumigation the perforation surrounding the connection point of the suction lance Target breaking point take place.

The illustration in FIG. 1 shows a

As shown in the exploded structure of
To ensure a fluid-tight connection of the
Through the
The pointing away from the
Werkzeugen möglich.2 shows an
voneinander angebrachte Schnitte erfolgen.
This situation is complete with the proposed
In addition to the formation of the
erschweren lassen. The embodiment shown in Fig. 3 has concentrically in the
In Fig. 4 the container according to FIG. 3 is shown, which with the closure
