Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Schwenken eines Spulenrahmens einer Textilmaschine, der eine Spule haltert, und die Spule beim Spulvorgang mit einer Walze in Druckkontakt ist. Der Spulrahmen (2) ist um eine Schwenkachse schwenkbar gelagert und auf einer Welle (5) befestigt, die auf der Schwenkachse angeordnet ist. Eine mit dem Spulrahmen (2) verbundene Hebeeinrichtung (9) weist einen Hebel (10) auf, der drehfest mit der Welle (5) verbunden ist. Ein auf der Welle (5) gelagertes Arretierelement (12) ist wechselseitig mit der Welle (5) oder einem fixen Halteelement (21) koppelbar. Im mit der Welle (5) gekoppelten Zustand des Arretierelementes (12) ist in einem Energiespeicher potentielle Energie gespeichert, die beim Wechsel der Kopplung von der Welle (5) auf das Halteelement (21) frei wird, wodurch der drehfest mit der Welle (5) verbundene Hebel (10) abrupt zum am Halteelement (21) fixierten Arretierelement (12) unter Drehung der Welle (5) hinbewegt wird.The invention relates to a device for pivoting a Coil frame of a textile machine that holds a coil, and the bobbin is in pressure contact with a roller during the winding process.
