Description

The invention relates to a switching device for switching on and off or earthing sections of the track in overhead contact line systems, containing at least one firmly on a base mounted first rod insulator and one corresponding in addition, a second rod insulator pivotally mounted on the base and one arranged at the free end of the rod insulators Contact blades and contact springs formed switching contact set.

Switching devices of the aforementioned type are in the technical language designated with disconnect switch when to divide of sections of track, for connecting parallel tracks or used to subdivide infeeds. They are referred to as grounding holders if they already have one disconnected section of the route should be earthed. disconnectors is also available in combination with an earth contact, i.e. after separation of the route section, this becomes additional laid to earth.

Such switching devices are usually installed on trusses on overhead line masts. Known switching devices of this type, for example in the Siemens catalog FM 1995, section 13/6, comprise two isolators, one of them rigid and the other on one Axis for switching on and off arranged on a base is. The rod insulators are made of ceramic and cemented firmly to the base. On the head part of the isolators there is a switch contact set with a contact knife on the pivotable isolator part and one with the contact knife interacting contact spring on the rigid insulator part.

Although the known switching devices have proven themselves, it is important to them in terms of construction and assembly, especially the assembly when replacing the very breakable insulators and also in terms of replacement of contact sets to improve even further.

The invention specified in claim 1 is therefore the Task based on a switching device of the aforementioned Specify a type that is particularly simple, is less susceptible to faults, especially during maintenance work is easier to assemble.

The switching device presented according to the invention needs with regard to the design of the contact set, only two to use different components, on the one hand preferably L-shaped contact blades and on the other hand on contact springs on both sides of the contact blades. With these two components, preferably at all variants of the switching device are the same disconnect switches as well as earthing switches as well as a combination of both switches. With just a few components, switches can be different Create functions inexpensively.

The contact springs are advantageously on the contact blades adjustable. This allows the contact springs adjust exactly to the contact blades; manufacturing tolerances can largely compensate and the contact resistance be reduced to a minimum. advantageously, the contact springs are provided with adjusting means, with which the spring force of the contact springs is adjusted to let.

A particularly simple construction, especially with regard to exchange of a contact set or rod insulator can be achieved if according to another advantageous Embodiment of the invention of the switch contact set is attached directly to the rod insulators by one Leg of the L-shaped contact blades directly on the connecting parts the rod insulators are releasably attached.

The pivotable rod insulators can also be used Advantage on one leg of the contact knife an actuator have, which at an earthing switch a fixed rod isolator located signal switch (Position switch) actuated. So when closed Contact set a signal for the existing grounding can be given.

To simplify the exchange of the rod insulators, are these are detachably mounted on the base; for this are the rod insulators at least at the base end of the sleeve and on appropriately trained, attachable in the base Mounts attached. The brackets are convenient both in terms of the base and in terms of on the rod insulators with the help of suitable adjusting screws adjustable.

A switching contact set 4 is explained in more detail with reference to FIG. 4. The switch contact set 4 comprises the two switch contact pairs 4.1 and 4.2 of which the one the fixed and the other the pivotable rod insulator assigned. Each switch contact pair is constructed identically and consists essentially of two parts, an L-shaped bent contact knife 15 and a contact spring mounted thereon 16. As can be seen from the illustration, the contact blades and the correspondingly arranged contact springs arranged in pairs and rotated symmetrically. The contact springs 16 are on one, longer leg 15a adjustably fastened so that they are on with them Align the corresponding contact knife with the other contact pair to let. The one indicated at 17 is expedient Screw connection for this in a suitably designed Elongated hole. With the help of this adjustment, manufacturing tolerances, for example when bending the contact knife 15 occur, be balanced. Occurring when switching Contact resistance can be reduced to a minimum to reduce. The spring force can be adjusted by spring-loaded 18 also set and thus to the circumstances be adjusted.

The attachment of the switch contact pairs 4.1 and 4.2 to the Rod insulators 2 and 3 or 11 and 3 are made in such a way that the longer leg 15a on the designated 19 Place on a connector 20 (Figure 1) is screwed. The screw connection is designated by the position 21 in FIG. This easily detachable screw connection enables in connection with the fastening explained in more detail later the rod insulators on base 1 are easy to replace the rod insulators.

On the shorter leg 15b there are further bores 22, to which, as shown in FIG. 3 using the example of the earthing switch, an actuating element 23 can be fastened by means of an angle (not shown in more detail) Representation covered by the protective hood 14 and therefore not recognizable position switch 24, which actuates the rod insulator 3 in the pivoted-up state and can give a signal that grounding has taken place.

Ableitung. The holes 25 on the longer leg 15a serve for fastening the connection cables for the power supply or Dissipation.

The rod insulator 2 consists of essentially made of a silicone-coated GRP rod that a variety of molded silicone caps along its length 26 has. The end part 27 facing the base 1 the rod insulator is sleeve-shaped and on a Sleeve 28 placed. The sleeve 28 is in turn in a base part 29 of the base 1 held. The bracket on the one hand the sleeve 28 and on the other hand the end part 27 of the rod insulator 2 is designed so that an accurate adjustment of the Rod insulator can be carried out on the base 1. For this a plurality of set screws 30 are arranged on the circumference of the parts. Alternatively, the end of the rod insulator can also be used rod-shaped and provided accordingly Sleeve of the base can be adjustable.
