Description

    OBJET DE L'INVENTION
  • La présente invention, telle qu'elle est exprimée dans l'énoncé de ce mémoire descriptif, concerne une porte blindée à l'épreuve du feu comprenant en principe, tout comme d'autres portes de ce type, un vantail constitutif de la porte proprement dite et un dormant monté contre un pré-dormant.
  • La porte est destinée à éviter que la fumée ne passe d'une salle à l'autre, au moins pendant une durée de 90 minutes selon les normes en vigueur, période de temps pendant laquelle la porte résiste au minimin sans s'incendier.
  • Pour celà, la nouvelle porte est composée de matières ignifuges et intumescentes réparties avantageusement et stratégiquement, aussi bien sur le vantail que sur le dormant où est accouplé ledit vantail
    • ANTÉCÉDENTS DE L'INVENTION
  • Actuellement, plusieurs portes blindées à l'épreuve du feu son connues et il faut remarquer celles où les vantaux comprennent des panneaux extérieurs en matière ignifuge et des dormants ayant des bandes en matière intumescente, de sorte que lors d'un feu, lesdites bandes de matière intumescente s'élargissent en exerçant de la pression sur le périmètre de la porte en assurant ainsi une fermeture pratiquement étanche, pour éviter principalement que la fumée ne passe entre les salles séparées par la porte blindée à l'épreuve du feu correspondante, voir par exemple GB-A-2 308 400, GB-A-2 289 497 ou EP-A-0 803 634. Les portes éviteront bien sûr, aussi le passage des flammes d'une salle à l'autre, au moins pendant une durée réglée selon la normative en vigueur.
    • DESCRIPTION DE L'INVENTION
  • La porte blindée à l'épreuve du feu constituant l'objet de l'invention est constituée à partir d'un vantail articulé au moyen de charnières sur un dormant, sur lequel est monté bien à l'aise en principe, le vantail, en même temps que ledit dormant est monté sur le pré-dormant.
  • En partant de cette prémise, le vantail de la porte comprend un panneau central de matière intumescente et deux panneaux latéraux et extérieurs en matière ignifuge, à la fois que ledit vantail est bordé par un encadrement périmétral en bois massif incluant des bandes en matière intumescente.
  • Le dormant est fabriqué en une matière à densité moyenne et ignifuge et il présente une bande de matière intumescente.
  • Finallement, il faut indiquer que entre le dormant et le pré-dormant il existe une autre bande en matière intumescente, qui avec les autres pièces précitées de la même matière, provoquent une fermeture effective et sure du vantail de la porte lors d'un incendie, précisément dû à la chaleur des flammes du feu.
  • De cette façon, lors d'un incendie, la chaleur des flammes provoque un élargissement rapide des pièces en matière intumescente, en augmentant leur volume, ce qui fait que la porte exerce une presiôn périmétrale sur le dormant où elle est accouplée, en provoquant une fermeture pratiquement étanche qui évitera le passage de la fumée et aussi du feu d'une salle à l'autre, au moins pendant une durée prévue de 90 minutes.
  • À la suite on a représenté l'objet de l'invention pour faciliter une meilleure compréhension de ce mémoire descriptif et faisant partie intégrante de celle-ci, des figures à caractère illustratif et non pas limitatif l'accompagnent.
    • DESCRIPTION BREVE DES DESSINS
    • Figure 1.- Elle représente une vue en section de l'ensemble de la porte blindée à l'épreuve du feu, objet de l'invention. Elle comprend pratiquement un vantail constitutif de la porte proprement dite, un dormant et un pré-dormant.
    • Figure 2.- Elle représente une vue en section du vantail de la porte.
    • Figure 3.- Elle represente une vue en section de l'ensemble du dormant et du pré-dormant.
    DESCRIPTION DE LA FORME DE RÉALISATION PRÉFÉRENTIELLE
  • En faisant référence au numérotage adopté dans les figures, la porte blindée à l'épreuve du feu, est determinée par un vantail 1 articulé, au moyen de charnières, au dormant 2, où est accouplé le vantail 1 au moyen des ferrures des charnières non représentées dans les figures. Le dormant est monté à son tour sur un pré-dormant extérieur 3.
  • Le vantail 1 de la porte comprend un panneau central 4 en matière intumescente et deux panneaux latéraux extérieurs 5 en matière ignifuge adossés aux deux faces dudit panneau central 4. Ces trois panneaux sont unis au moyen d'un adhésif vinylique réticulable.
  • Le vantail 1 incorpore aussi un encadrement périmétral ou bordure en bois massif 6 incluant au moins une bande en matière intumescente, bien que dans l'exemple de réalisation montré dans les figures, ledit encadrement 6 comprend une paire de ces bandes 7.
  • Les dites bandes 7 en matière intumescente son ajustées dans des rainures complémentaires aménagées sur des plans parallèles aux panneaux du vantail 1 de la porte.
  • Les profils composant la bordure (6) en bois massif sont couverts et enveloppés d'une fine plaque (9) en bois du même type que celui utilisé dans la bordure 6.
  • Le dormant 2 est fabriqué en une matière à densité moyenne et ignifuge, à la fois qu'il comprende une bande 10 en matière intumescente montée sur un surbaissement complémentaire 11 de faible hauteur préparé à cet effet. Ce surbaissement 11 est situé sur la face frontale 12 du dormant 2 en regard de l'encadrement 6 du ventail 1 de la porte.
  • Par ailleurs, entre le dormant 2 et le pré-dormant 3 il existe une autre bande en matière intumescente 12.
  • Le dormant est aussi couvert d'une plaque fine en bois massif 13 comme celle précitée.
  • Avec cette aménagement décrit, lors d'un feu, la chaleur des flammes provoque un élargissement rapide des pièces en matière intumescente, en augmentant leur volume, ce qui fait que la porte exerce une presiôn périmétrale sur le dormant où elle est accouplée, en produisant une fermeture pratiquement étanche qui évitera le passage de la fumée et aussi du feu d'une salle à l'autre, au moins pendant une durée prévue de 90 minutes.
  • Les logements où sont placées les ferrures (charnières, serrures, etc.) sont couverts d'une matière intumescente collaborant aussi, comme il est évident, à l'étanchéité de la porte lors d'un incendie.

Claims (3)

  1. PORTE BLINDÉE À L'ÉPREUVE DU FEU, comprenant au moins deux panneaux (5) ignifuges et un encadrement (6) ou bordure (6) en bois massif bordant les dits panneaux (5), comprenant également un dormant (2) et un pré-dormant (3), le vantail (1) de la porte comprend au moins un panneau central (4) en matière intumescente, lequel est situé entre les deux panneaux (5) ignifuges ; caractérisée en ce que l'encadrement (6) ou la bordure (6) du vantail (1) comprenant une matière intumescente (7), aménagée face à ledit dormant (2).
  2. PORTE BLINDÉE À L'ÉPREUVE DU FEU, selon la revendication antérieure, caractérisée en ce que la matière intumescente qui incorpore l'encadrement (6) du vantail (1) est logée au moins dans une rainure (8).
  3. PORTE BLINDÉE À L'ÉPREUVE DU FEU, selon la revendication antérieure, caractérisée en ce que l'encadrement (6) ou bordure (6) du vantail (1) incorpore deux rainures (8) se trouvant aménagées essentiellement sur des plans parallèles aux panneaux faisant partie dudit vantail 1.
