Claims (15)

  1. Parfüm-haltige Wasser-in-Öl-Mikroemulsion, die in der Lage ist, mit einer Parfüm-freien Textilweichmacherbasiszusammensetzung gemischt zu werden, die in Form einer wässrigen Emulsion vorliegt, um so Parfüm in der wässrigen Emulsion unter Bedingungen mit geringer Scherung unter Vermeidung irgendeines Gelierungsproblems zu dispergieren, um dadurch eine physikalisch stabile Parfüm-haltige flüssige textilweichmachende Zusammensetzung zu liefern, wobei die Wasser-in-Öl-Mikroemulsion umfasst:
    (a) 5 bis 80 Gew.-% Tensid-Textilweichmacher ausgewählt aus der Gruppe bestehend aus:
    (i) Diesterammoniumverbindungen mit den folgenden Strukturformein:

    (e) 0,5 bis 25 Gew.-% Wasser, wobei die Mikroemulsion frei von anionischem Tensid ist und ein Gewichtsverhältnis der Ölphase zu Wasser von 3 : 1 bis 200 : 1 aufweist, wobei die Prozentsätze der Komponenten (a), (b) und (c) und der Wert des Gewichtsverhältnisses so gewählt sind, dass die resultierende Zusammensetzung eine Wasser-in-Öl-Mikroemulsion bildet.
  2. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 1, bei der das quartäre Ammoniumdiestertensid Methylbis[ethyl(oleyl)}-2-hydroxyethylammoniummethylsulfat ist.
  3. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 1, bei der das organische Lösungsmittel ein aliphatischer Alkohol mit 1 bis 6 Kohlenstoffatomen ist.
  4. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 3, bei der das organische Lösungsmittel n-Butanol ist.
  5. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 1, bei der das organische Lösungsmittel ein mehrwertiger aliphatischer Alkohol ist.
  6. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 5, bei der der mehrwertige Alkohol Hexylenglykol ist.
  7. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 1, bei der das organische Lösungsmittel ein aliphatischer Ether ist.
  8. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Ether Dipropylenglykolmethylether ist.
  9. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Ether Dipropylenglykol-nbutylether ist.
  10. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Ether Ethylenglykolmonobutylether ist.
  11. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 1, bei der das organische Lösungsmittel ein aliphatischer Ester ist.
  12. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 11, bei der der Ester Methyllactat ist.
  13. Mikroemulsion nach Anspruch 1, bei der die Textilweichmacherbasiszusammensetzung einen quartären Ammoniumdiester-Weichmacher enthält.
  14. Verfahren zur Einführung eines Parfüms in eine Parfüm-freie Textilweichmacherbasiszusammensetzung, die in Form einer wässrigen Emulsion vorliegt, unter Bedingungen mit geringer Scherung und ohne nachteilige Beeinträchtigung ihrer physikalischen Stabilität, bei dem
    (a) eine Parfüm-haltige Wasser-in-Öl-Mikroemulsion gemäß Anspruch 1 bereitgestellt wird, und
    (b) eine Menge der Wasser-in-Öl-Mikroemulsion, die ausreicht, um die gewünschte Menge Parfüm zu enthalten, mit der Textilweichmacherbasiszusammensetzung unter Bedingungen mit geringer Scherung gemischt wird, wodurch die Umwandlung der Mikroemulsion und der Dispersion des Parfüms in der wässrigen Emulsion unter Bildung einer physikalisch stabilen Parfüm-haltigen flüssigen textilweichmachenden- Zusammensetzung bewirkt wird.
  15. Verfahren zur Vermittlung von Weichheit an Textilien begleitet von einem Parfümduft, bei dem die Textilien mit einer weichmachend wirkenden Menge der flüssigen textilweichmachenden Zusammensetzung, die gemäß Anspruch 14 gebildet worden ist, in Kontakt gebracht wird.
