Claims (7)
- Unité de levage et de manutention de charges (7) au sein d'une installation de production d'aluminium par électrolyse ignée, ladite installation comprenant au moins une série de cuves d'électrolyse (1) en série et étant pourvue d'un chemin de roulement (5) destiné à permettre le déplacement d'au moins un pont roulant au dessus de ladite série de cuves pour la réalisation des différentes fonctions nécessaire à la mise en oeuvre de ladite installation, ladite unité de levage et de manutention, constituant l'un desdits ponts roulants, sur lequel sont susceptibles de se déplacer selon une direction perpendiculaire à la translation de l'unité (7), au moins deux ensembles de levage et de manutention montés chacun sur un chariot (11, 12, 13), caractérisée en ce que lesdits chariots sont susceptibles de se translater sur ladite unité l'un en dessus de l'autre pour ainsi permettre leur croisement respectif.
- Unité de levage et de manutention selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les voies de roulement (9, 10) des chariots (11, 12, 13) sont coplanaires.
- Unité de levage et de manutention selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un chariot de coulée (11), destiné à assurer le remplissage de la poche de coulée (23) au niveau des cuves (1) et la collecte de l'aluminium fondu au niveau desdites cuves, et deux chariots auxiliaires (12, 13), destinés aux travaux auxiliaires et au relevage des cadres anodiques au niveau de chacune desdites cuves.
- Unité de levage et de manutention selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le chariot de coulée (11) se déplace au niveau de voies de roulement internes (9) et les chariots auxiliaires (12, 13) au niveau de voies de roulement externes (10), le chariot de coulée étant susceptible de se déplacer en dessous des chariots auxiliaires.
- Unité de levage et de manutention selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le chariot de coulée (11) se déplace au niveau de voies de roulement internes (9) et les chariots auxiliaires (12, 13) au niveau de voies de roulement externes (10), les chariots auxiliaires étant susceptibles de se déplacer en dessous du chariot de manutention de la poche de coulée (11).
- Installation pour la production d'aluminium par électrolyse ignée comprenant deux séries de cuves à électrolyse (1) symétriques par rapport à une allée centrale (6) destinée à permettre la manutention d'une poche de coulée (23) contenant de l'aluminium liquide produit par lesdites cuves d'électrolyse, chacune des séries de cuves étant surmonté d'un chemin de roulement (5) destiné à permettre le déplacement d'au moins un pont roulant au dessus desdites cuves pour la réalisation des différentes fonctions nécessaire à la mise en oeuvre de l'installation, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une unité de levage et de manutention (7), constituant l'un desdits ponts roulants, sur lequel sont susceptibles de se déplacer selon une direction perpendiculaire à la translation de l'unité (7), au moins deux ensembles de levage et de manutention montés chacun sur un chariot (11, 12, 13), lesdits chariots étant susceptibles de se translater sur ladite unité l'un en dessus de l'autre pour ainsi permettre leur croisement respectif.
- Installation pour la production d'aluminium par électrolyse ignée selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre au moins un pont transbordeur, destiné à permettre le transfert notamment de l'unité de transfert et de manutention d'une série de cuves à la série parallèle.
