Claims (17)

  1. Schlafsofa, das dazu geeignet ist, mindestens eine Schließstellung, bei der es sich als Sofa gestaltet, und eine Öffnungsstellung, bei der es sich als Bett gestaltet, anzunehmen, und eine feststehende Struktur (11) und eine auf dieser feststehenden Struktur (11) aufklappbare und mit einer Matraze (15) ausgestattene faltbare Struktur umfaßt, wobei diese feststehende Struktur (11) eine als Rückenlehne (13) wirkende Hinterplatte (27) und einen Rahmen (30) mit einem Boden (23), Seiten (14) und einem Vorderkopfende umfaßt, wobei dieses faltbare Struktur (12) aus Tragbauteilen (16) für diese Matraze (15) besteht, die zum Zusammenfalten mit der Matraze (15) geeignet sind, wobei diese Tragbauteile Gelenk-Trägerbauteile (16) umfaßen und jeder Gelenk-Trägerbauteil aus Abschnitten (116, 216, 316) besteht, die aufeinander bei ihren angrenzenden Enden aufklappbar sind, wobei das Schlafsofa einen ersten Abschnitt (116) umfaßt, der dazu geeignet ist, eine erste, wesentlich aufrechte Stellung beim in der Schließstellung befindlichen Schlafsofa (10) und eine zweite, wesentlich waagerechte, mit den anderen Abschnitten (216, 316) der Länge nach ausgerichtete Stellung beim in der Öffnungsstellung befindlichen Schlafsofa (10) anzunehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser erste Abschnitt (116) im Bereich seines dem auf dem zweiten Abschnitt (216) aufklappbaren Ende entgegengesetzten Endes Gleitmittel (31) umfaßt, die dazu geeignet sind, während des ganzen Durchgangs dieses ersten Abschnitts (116) zwischen dieser ersten und zweiten Stellung innerhalb konjugierter, auf den Seiten dieser Hinterplatte (27) gestalteter Führungen (28) zu gleiten, und daß dieser zweite Abschnitt (216) auf seinem auf dem ersten Abschnitt (116) aufklappbaren Ende Gleitmittel (34) umfaßt, die dazu geeignet sind, während des ganzen Durchgangs des Schlafsofas (10) von der Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung und umgekehrt innerhalb einer Führung (29) zu gleiten, die mit den Seiten (14) der feststehenden Struktur verbunden ist.
  2. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein dritter Abschnitt (316) im Bereich der Ende Tragbeine (36) aufweist, die dazu geeignet sind, während des Durchgangs des Schlafsofas (10) von der Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung und umgekehrt aus der feststehenden Struktur (11) fortlaufend gezogen zu sein, wobei diese Tragbeine (36) dazu geeignet sind, über dieses Vorderkopfende des Rahmens (30) der feststehenden Struktur (11) zu gehen, so daß jeder Teil sowohl der feststehenden (11) als auch der faltbaren Strukturen (12) sich während des Öffnens und des Schließens des Schalsofas (10) auf einem Fußboden (25) bewegt.
  3. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Führung aus einer polygonalen Führung (29) besteht und zur Bestimmung eines geschlossenen Wegs für dieses Gleitmittel (34) geeignet ist, wobei dieses Gleitmittel (34) dazu geeignet ist, den ganzen geschlossenen Weg entlang während des Durchgangs des Schlafsofas (10) von der Schließstellung in die Öffnungsstellung und umgekehrt zu gleiten.
  4. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese polygonale Führung (29) mindestens ein geschlossenes Ende (29a), wobei dieses Gleitmittel (34) dazu geeignet ist, sich gegen diese polygonale Führung bei der Schließstellung dieses Schalfsofas (10) zu stellen, einen nach oben geneigten Abschnitt (29b), der vom Gleitmittel (34) während der Erstreckung der faltbaren Struktur (12) gefolgt ist und dazu dient, die faltbare Struktur (12) in bezug auf die feststehende Struktur (11) zu heben, einen wesentlich ebenen Abschnitt (29d), wobei dieses Gleitmittel (34) sich in der vollständigen Öffnungsstellung dieses Schalfsofas (10) beständig stellt, und einen absteigenden Abschnitt (29e) umfaßt, der von diesem Gleitmittel (34) während des Schließschritts dieser faltbaren Struktur (12) gefolgt ist und dazu dient, die faltbare Struktur (12) in bezug auf die feststehende Struktur (11) niedriger zu stellen.
  5. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieser absteigende Abschnitt (29e) mit diesem aufsteigenden Abschnitt (29b) im Bereich dieses geschlossenen Endes (29a) verbunden ist, und zwar durch eine Öffnung (29f), welche die Rückkehr des Gleitmittels (34) in die Anfangsstellung des Spiels gestattet.

Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese polygonale Führung (29) im Bereich dieses ebenen Abschnitts (29a) einen feststehenden Anschlag (38) umfaßt, mit dem Auflagemittel (37) mitwirken, wobei diese Auflagemittel (37) mit diesem Gleitmittel (34) zur Bestimmung seiner Stellung in der Öffnungsstellung dieses Schalfsofas (10) verbunden sind.
  7. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese polygonale Führung (29) im Bereich dieser Öffnung (29f) elastische Schließmittel umfaßt, die dazu geeignet sind, sich gegen diesen aufsteigenden Abschnitt (29b) beim Durchgang dieses Gleitmittels (34) zu öffnen.
  8. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Abschnitte (116, 216, 316) aus Rohrprofilen aus steifem Material bestehen.
  9. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dieses steife Material Fließpressaluminium ist.
  10. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Profile Kupplungsmittel für einen Überzug oder einen Stoffbezug aufweisen.
  11. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Beine (36) dazu geeignet sind, in jeweilige, im Bereich eines Hinterteils (24, 27) der feststehenden Struktur (11) vorhandene Aufnahmen in der Schließstellung des Schlafsofas (10) aufgenommen zu sein.
  12. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Schließschritts der faltbaren Struktur (12) dieses Bein (36) dazu geeignet ist, den ersten Abschnitt (116) des Gelenk-Trägerbauteils (16) zu greifen und hin fortlaufend drehbar zu schieben, bis er in die wesentlich aufrechte vertikale Stellung gebracht wird, in der er mit der Rückenlehne (13) mitwirkt.
  13. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese Beine (20) faltbar oder einziehbar sind.
  14. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens zwischen diesem dritten Abschnitt (316) und diesem zweiten Abschnitt (216) Scharniermittel (35) vorhanden sind, die eine Tragwirkung für den Teil des Schlafsofas ausüben, der außerhalb der feststehenden Struktur (11) im offenen Zustand des Schlafsofas angeordnet ist.
  15. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein Teil dieser faltbaren Struktur (12) und dieser Matraze (15) dazu geeignet ist, auf einem Unterbauteil (23) dieser feststehenden Struktur (11) in der Schließstellung dieses Schlafsofas (10) zu ruhen.
  16. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens der Vorderteil der Matraze (15) außerhalb des Vorderkopfendes der feststehenden Struktur (11) in der Schließstellung des Schlafsofas (10) angeordnet ist.
  17. Schlafsofa nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es Tragplatten umfaßt, die zum Tragen der Matraze (15) geeignet sind und mit den Gelenk-Trägerbauteilen (16) verbunden sind.
