- eine Entriegelungshülse aufweist, welche axial auf dem zweiten Steckerelement verschiebbar ist und im Inneren ein zylindrisches, in Einschubrichtung des ersten Steckerelementes ragendes Entriegelungsorgan besitzt, durch welches die freien Enden der am Verriegelungsring angeformten Rastzungen nach außen drückbar sind,
Claims (11)
- Elektrischer Steckverbinder mit Schnellverriegelung, welcherein erstes Steckerelement (1), welches mit einer äußeren umlaufenden Nut (5) versehen ist,ein zweites Steckerelement (2) mit Mitteln zur Fixierung eines Verriegelungsringes (3), an welchem radial nach innen weisende und in Einschubrichtung (X) des ersten Steckerelementes (1) geneigte Rastzungen (4) angeformt sind, welche in einem Verriegelungszustand des Steckverbinders elastisch in die Nut (5) am ersten Steckerelement eindringen, undeine Entriegelungshülse (7), welche axial auf dem zweiten Steckerelement (2) verschiebbar ist und im Inneren ein zylindrisches, in Einschubrichtung (X) des ersten Steckerelementes (1) ragendes Entriegelungsorgan (8) besitzt, durch welches die freien Enden der am Verriegelungsring (3) angeformten Rastzungen (4) nach außen drückbar sind, aufweist,

dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsring (3) und die Rastzungen (4) aus einer gemeinsamen Blechplatine in Stanz-Biege-Technik gefertigt sind. - Steckverbinder nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die am Verriegelungsring (3) angeformten Rastzungen (4) für sich im wesentlichen starr sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Entriegelungsorgan (8) in einem Abschnitt an seinem freien Ende konisch geformt ist, wodurch eine mit den Rastzungen (4) am Verriegelungsring (3) zusammenwirkende geneigte Anlauffläche (9) gebildet ist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelungshülse (7) an ihrem dem zweiten Steckerelement (2) zugewandten Ende einen in eine äußere umlaufende Nut (10) am zweiten Steckerelement (2) eingreifenden Kragen (11) aufweist, wobei durch die äußere umlaufende Nut (10) am zweiten Steckerelement (2) Anschläge (12,13) gebildet sind, welche die Axialverschiebbarkeit der Entriegelungshülse (7) begrenzen. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsring (3) in der inneren umlaufenden Nut (6) am zweiten Steckerelement (2) ein Axialspiel (D) von minimal 0,05 mm und maximal 0,15 mm aufweist. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendurchmesser (d1) des Halteringes (16) im nichtdeformierten Zustand 0,1 mm bis 0,2 mm größer ist als der Außendurchmesser (d3) des Verriegelungsringes (3). - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Innendurchmesser (d2) des Verbindungsringes (17) im deformierten Zustand 0,1 mm bis 0,2 mm größer ist als der Außendurchmesser (d3) des Verriegelungsringes (3). - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rastzungen (4) an ihrem freien Ende konkav geformt sind. - Steckverbinder nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die im Verriegelungszustand des Steckverbinders am ersten Steckerelement (1) aufliegenden Kanten (14) der Rastzungen (4) abgerundet sind. - Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Steckverbinders nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verriegelungsring (3) in eine im wesentlichen konische Aufnahme am zweiten Steckerelement (2) eingelegt wird, welche durch den Verbindungsring (17) und den Haltering (16) im nichtdeformierten Zustand gebildet ist, daß der Verbindungsring (17) und der Haltering (16) anschließend mit Hilfe eines Crimpwerkzeuges deformiert werden, so daß am Verbindungsring (17) und am Haltering (16) im wesentlichen zylindrische Mantelflächen entstehen und der Verbindungsring (17) eine innere umlaufende Nut (6) am zweiten Steckerelement (2) bildet, welche am freien Ende des zweiten Steckerelementes (2) durch den Haltering (16) begrenzt wird, und daß anschließend die Entriegelungshülse (7) von der dem ersten Steckerelement (1) zugewandten Seite auf das zweite Steckerelement (2) geschoben wird.
