Claims (13)
- Dispositif de dilacération de matières, par exemple destiné à équiper une cuvette de water-closet, dans lequel les matières sont aspirées par une pompe (12) à travers une grille (30) ajourée devant laquelle tourne un couteau (31), ledit dispositif comportant un sous-ensemble grille-couteau amovible (300, 301, 302), accouplable à l'extrémité de l'axe de sortie (15) de la pompe (12) au moyen d'une pièce d'accouplement (14), ledit sous-ensemble grille-couteau (300, 301, 302) comportant un arbre (34, 134) qui traverse la grille (30) et porte le couteau (31) caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comporte des moyens (50 ; 70, 64 ; 170, 164) de fixation et de réglage assurant l'ajustement de la position du couteau (31) à une distance fixe comprise entre 2 et 6 centièmes de millimètres de la grille (30), permettant au couteau (31) de tourner à 3000 tours par minute.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation et de réglage assurant l'ajustement de la position du couteau (31) par rapport à la grille (30) sont constitués par un écrou (50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de fixation et de réglage assurant l'ajustement de la position du couteau (31) par rapport à la grille (30) sont constitués par deux écrous (70, 64 ; 170, 164) destinés à régler de manière indépendante les jeux axiaux le long de l'arbre (34, 134) et la position de la base du couteau (31) par rapport à la surface de la grille (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux écrous (70, 64) sont disposés du même côté de la grille (30).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les deux écrous (170, 164) sont disposés de part et d'autre de la grille (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le sous-ensemble grille-couteau (300, 301, 302) comporte un dispositif (39) permettant un rattrapage des défauts de perpendicularité entre l'arbre (34, 134) et la grille (30) constitué par un noyau (41), traversé par deux alésages (48, 49) radiaux perpendiculaires l'un à l'autre et se traversant, d'une jupe (44) et de deux goupilles (42, 43), la première goupille (42) étant introduite dans un alésage (48) du noyau (41), l'arbre (34) étant positionné dans la jupe (44) et la seconde goupille (43) étant introduite dans un alésage traversant la jupe (44), le noyau (41) et la première goupille (42) afin de permettre un mouvement de rotule entre l'arbre (34) et la jupe (44).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (39) permettant un rattrapage des défauts de perpendicularité entre l'arbre (34, 134) et la grille (30) est disposé du côté de la grille (30) opposé au couteau (31).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (139) permettant un rattrapage des défauts de perpendicularité est constitué par deux rondelles (141, 142) présentant respectivement un bossage (143) et une cuvette (144) globalement hémisphériques.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce d'accouplement (14) disposée entre l'arbre (34, 134) du sous-ensemble grille-couteau (300, 301, 302) et l'axe (15) de la pompe (12) est en matière plastique et assure un accouplement souple.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'arbre (34, 134 ; 15) du sous-ensemble grille-couteau (300, 301, 302) et l'axe de la pompe (12) portent des embouts (40, 240 ; 16) parallélépipédiques destinés à être insérés dans des orifices (140, 146) correspondants de la pièce d'accouplement (14).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le sous-ensemble grille-couteau (300, 301, 302) est fixé à un fond de pompe (20) dans lequel est positionnée une turbine (23), monté sur le boítier de la pompe (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que ledit fond de pompe (20) comporte un orifice central (26) dans lequel est inséré l'arbre (34, 134) du sous-ensemble grille-couteau (300, 301, 302) et une cheminée (24) formée dans le prolongement dudit orifice central (26), et s'étendant jusqu'à proximité du moyeu de la turbine (23).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le couteau a des pales (313) et la grille ajourée (30) a des orifices (32) ayant la forme de losanges couchés circonférentiellement le long de l'anneau parcouru par lesdites pales (313) du couteau.
