- les figures 4 et 5 représentent respectivement de dessus et de dessous la contre-bride de la figure 2.
Claims (25)
- Ventilateur comportant :au moins deux pales (1),un moyeu (9) comportant au moins deux brides (2) servant à la fixation des pales (1) sur le moyeu, les brides étant inclinées par rapport à l'axe de rotation (X) du moyeu,au moins deux contre-brides (3) associées chacune à une bride, etun dispositif de serrage (4) de chaque pale (1) entre une bride (2) et la contre-bride (3) associée.
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de serrage (4) comporte au moins une vis (5).
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la vis (5) est autoformeuse.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le moyeu (9) est monolithique.
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le moyeu (9) est réalisé par injection, notamment d'aluminium.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, dans lequel le moyeu est non-monolithique, notamment composé d'une pluralité de secteurs.
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, dans lequel au moins une bride et le secteur associé sont monolithiques.
- Ventilateur selon la revendication 6, dans lequel le moyeu compose deux demi-moyeux généralement discoïdes.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-bride (3) est monolithique et obtenue par injection, notamment d'aluminium.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte entre 2 et 12, voire entre 4 et 10, notamment entre 5 et 8 pales.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il comporte 7 pales.
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la bride (2) comporte un perçage (10) d'axe perpendiculaire au plan de la bride.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de serrage (4) comporte une vis (5) unique pour chaque pale.
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de serrage comporte au moins une rondelle (6) intercalée entre une tête de la vis (5) et la bride (2).
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la bride comporte un lamage (11) pour recevoir la rondelle (6).
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-bride (3) comporte un fût (27) agencé pour s'engager dans un perçage (10) de la bride (2).
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-bride (3) comporte, sur sa face intérieure (26), un premier relief (28) configuré pour coopérer avec un second relief (14) formé sur la face en regard (13) de la bride (2).
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que le premier relief (28) est un renfoncement.
- Ventilateur selon l'une des deux revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le premier relief (28) présente une forme non symétrique de révolution.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé par le fait que le premier relief (28) présente des flans (32) inclinés.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 20, caractérisé par le fait que le deuxième relief (14) présente une forme générale pyramidale tronquée, à quatre côtés notamment.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-bride (3) présente une face extérieure (29) bombée vers l'extérieur.
- Ventilateur selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-bride (3) comporte deux encoches (30) opposées.
- Ventilateur selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé par le fait que la contre-bride (3) présente une forme générale de losange et par le fait que les deux encoches (30) sont situées sensiblement sur une diagonale du losange.
- Ventilateur comportant :au moins deux pales (1),un moyeu (9) monolithique comportant au moins deux brides (2) servant à la fixation des pales (1) sur le moyeu,au moins deux contre-brides (3) associées chacune à une bride, etun dispositif de serrage (4) de chaque pale (1) entre une bride (2) et la contre-bride (3) associée.
