Claims (14)
- Träger für einen höhenverstellbaren Tisch (1) oder eine ähnliche Auflagefläche mit mindestens einem höhenverstellbaren Schenkel, bestehend aus teleskopierbaren außenliegenden (6-9) und innenliegenden Schenkeln (2-5) sowie Mitteln zur Höhenverstellung der Schenkel, wobei diese Mittel ein in den außenliegenden Schenkeln (6-9) angebrachtes elastisches Band (22) umfassen, das ein auf der Innenseite der außenliegenden Schenkel (6-9) befestigtes äußeres Ende (23) besitzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Arretierungselement (26) am gegenüberliegenden freien äußeren Ende des elastischen Bandes (22) montiert ist, wobei die außenliegenden (6-9) und die innenliegenden Schenkel (2-5) mit Öffnungen (31, 56, 57, 58) für das Arretierungselement (26) versehen sind und das elastische Band (22) im Inneren des innenliegenden Schenkels (2-5) verläuft, und dass das Arretierungselement (26) ein Führungsteil (38) und ein Arretierungsteil (44, 45, 47, 48) umfasst, wobei das Führungsteil (38) mit einem Führungsschlitz (56) in dem innenliegenden Schenkel (2-5) in Eingriff zu bringen ist und das Arretierungsteil (44, 45, 47, 48) mit an dem Arretierungsschlitz (56) angrenzenden Arretierungsausnehmungen (57, 58) in Eingriff zu bringen ist.
- Träger nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungsteil (38) und das Arretierungsteil (44, 45, 47, 48) des Arretierungselementes (26) in der Arretierungsstellung durch den innenliegenden Schenkel (2-5) ragen, wobei das Führungsteil (38) weiter vorspringt als das Arretierungsteil (44, 45, 47, 48).
- Träger nach Anspruch 3 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Arretierungsteil (44, 45, 47, 48) aus Nokken (44, 45) besteht, die auf beiden Seiten des Führungsteils (38) montiert sind, wobei diese Nocken (44, 45) in Bezug auf das Führungsteil (38) seitlich vorspringen.
- Träger nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nocken (44, 45) des Arretierungsteils (44, 45, 47, 48) an der Unterseite eine annähernd waagerechte Fläche besitzen, die annähernd senkrecht zur Längsrichtung des innenliegenden Schenkels verläuft, wobei die Nocken (44, 45) mit Randteilen (46) versehen sind, die neben oder an dem Rand der Fläche nach unten vorspringen und von dem aus elastischem Material hergestellten Band (22) beabstandet sind.
- Träger nach Anspruch 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein in Richtung der gegenüberliegenden Innenseite des Schenkels (2-5) vorspringendes Anschlagteil (51) an dem Arretierungselement (26) oder an dem aus elastischem Material hergestellten Band (22) angebracht ist, und zwar auf der anderen Seite als der, auf der das Führungsteil (38) und das Arretierungsteil (44, 45, 47, 48) angeordnet sind.
- Träger nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Führungsmittel (63) zwischen den innenliegenden (2-5) und den außenliegenden Schenkeln (6-9) so angebracht sind, dass auf Höhe des aus elastischem Material hergestellten und in dem außenliegenden Schenkel (6-9) angebrachten Bandes (22) und des in dem innenliegenden Schenkel (2-5) angebrachten Führungsschlitzes (56) und der Arretierungsausnehmungen (57, 58) die innenliegenden (2-5) und außenliegenden Schenkel (6-9) um wenigstens einen vorgegebenen Wert voneinander beabstandet bleiben.
- Träger nach Anspruch 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der innenliegende (2-5) und der außenliegenden Schenkel (6-9) aus dreiseitigen oder mehrseitigen Rohrabschnitten bestehen.
- Träger nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die außenliegenden Schenkel (6-9) aus Paaren eines durchlaufenden Rohrabschnittes und eines gebogenen Rohrabschnittes gebildet sind und zusammen mit einem Paar loser innenliegender Schenkel (2-5) in dem Träger ein Joch (12, 13) bilden.
- Träger nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Paar von Jochen (12, 13) zusammen mit einem oder mehr zwischen den waagerechten Jochteilen zu befestigenden Querstreben einen Träger bilden.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trägers nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verfahren zumindest die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Vorbiegen des aus elastischem Material hergestellten Bandes,- Anbringen eines vorgeformten Arretierungselementes (26) am äußeren Ende des Bandes,- Herstellen einer Öffnung (31) in dem außenliegenden Rohr, und zwar da, wo das Arretierungselement (26) in dem außenliegenden Rohr enden soll,- Herstellen des Führungsschlitzes (56) und der Arretierungsausnehmungen (57, 58) in dem innenliegenden Rohr,- Befestigen des aus elastischem Material hergestellten Bandes (22) an der richtigen Stelle in dem außenliegenden Rohr,- Teleskopieren der innenliegenden und außenliegenden Rohre.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darüber hinaus die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Herstellen von Ausnehmungen und Einschnitten in einem Rohrabschnitt, der mit zwei außenliegenden Schenkeln aus diesem Rohrabschnitt ein Joch (12, 13) zu bilden vermag,- Anbringen der aus elastischem Material hergestellten Bänder (22) nach der Herstellung der Ausnehmungen in dem Teile des Rohrabschnitts darstellenden außenliegenden Schenkel,- Biegen des Rohrabschnitts in Form eines Joches (12, 13) mit zwei außenliegenden Schenkeln und Verschweißen der Nähte.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein aus elastischem Material hergestelltes Band (22) durch Buckelschweißen an dem außenliegenden Schenkel angebracht ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmungen mit einer Laserschneidevorrichtung hergestellt sind.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es darüber hinaus die folgenden Schritte umfasst:- Herstellen von Ausnehmungen für Befestigungsmittel für eine oder mehr zwischen den aufeinander folgenden Jochen (12, 13) anzubringenden Querstreben, und zwar in dem zwischen den außenliegenden Schenkeln angeordneten Abschnitt des Joches,- Anbringen der Befestigungsmittel in den Ausnehmungen nach Formen des Joches (12, 13) in einer Positioniervorrichtung.
