Abstract

Beim Sitzen auf einem Stuhl, neigt der Mensch dazu, sich hängen zu lassen. Das wirkt sich negativ auf die Wirbelsäule aus. Durch die von mir entwickelte Sitzauflage, wird der Körper dazu angehalten, indem er ständige Balance halten muß, gerade zu sitzen. Daraus folgt, daß das Becken nach vorne kippt, die Rückenmuskulatur gestärkt wird, und das Zusammenspiel optimiert. Um bei der Sitzauflage die nötige Balancefähigkeit zu erreichen, wurde ein Kugelabschnitt (2) auf der Grundplatte (3) befestigt. Der Kugelabschnitt (2) wurde zusätzlich mit einer runden Hohlkehle (7) versehen, die als Führung und Bewegungsfreiheit in alle Richtungen dient. Die Grundplatte (5) wurde mit einer Schloßschraube (6) incl. Sicherungsmutter und Beilegescheibe an den Kugelabschnitt (2) befestigt. Somit hat die Sitzauflage eine rutschsichere Führung in alle Richtungen. Die Polsterung (4) verleiht ein angenehmes Sitzgefühl. Das "Sitzerl" bringt Bewegung ins Sitzen. Kann auf jedem Stuhl (1) aufgelegt werden, egal ob er eine Holzsitzfläche oder eine gepolsterte Sitzfläche hat. Es ist eine kostengünstige Auflage, die die Wirbelsäule in eine richtige Haltung bringt, dadurch wird die Rückenmuskulatur gestärkt und Rückenschmerzen vorgebeugt. <IMAGE>

Description

Es ist bekannt, daß der Mensch dazu neigt, sich beim Sitzen auf einem Stuhl, hängen zu lassen. Das wirkt sich negativ auf die Wirbelsäule aus. Durch die von mir entwickelte Sitzauflage, wird der Körper dazu angehalten, indem er ständige Balance halten muß, gerade zu sitzen. Daraus folgt, daß das Becken nach vorne kippt, die Rückenmuskulatur gestärkt wird, und das Zusammenspiel optimiert.
Um bei der Sitzauflage die nötige Balancefähigkeit zu erreichen, wurde ein Kugelabschnitt befestigt. Der Kugelabschnitt wurde zusätzlich mit einer runden Hohlkehle versehen, die als Führung und Bewegungsfreiheit in alle Richtungen dient. Die Grundplatte wurde mit einer Schloßschraube incl. Sicherungsmutter und Beilegescheibe an den Kugelabschnitt befestigt. Somit hat die Sitzauflage eine rutschsichere Führung in alle Richtungen. Die Polsterung verleiht ein angenehmes Sitzgefühl.
Das "sitzerl" bringt Bewegung ins Sitzen. Kann auf jedem Stuhl aufgelegt werden, egal ob er eine Holzsitzfläche oder eine gepolsterte Sitzfläche hat. Es ist eine kostengünstige Auflage, die die Wirbelsäule in eine richtige Haltung bringt, dadurch wird die Rückenmuskulatur gestärkt und Rückenschmerzen vorgebeugt.

Claims (1)

  1. Die Sitzauflage "Sitzerl" ist zum beweglichen Sitzen (Balancefähigkeit) für Stühle mit oder ohne gepolsterter Sitzfläche. Es wird dadurch möglich, daß ein Kugelabschnitt auf einer Platte befestigt wird. Dieser Kugelabschnitt wurde zusätzlich mit einer Hohlkehle versehen, die als Führung und Bewegungsfreiheit in alle Richtungen dient. Die Grundplatte, die mit einer Schloßschraube mit der Sitzfläche verbunden ist, dient als Führung des Kugelabschnittes.
