Abstract

L'Invention est relative à un suremballage formant un étui ouvert à au moins une extrémité et comprenant un panneau principal (2) du suremballage et auquel sont articulés deux panneaux latéraux (4, 5) dont l'un au moins se prolonge par un panneau (7) de fermeture du périmètre de l'étui. Selon l'invention, il présente au moins une patte (10) disposée à une dite extrémité ouverte et présentant une première région (11) articulée sur au moins une partie du bord d'extrémité (2') du panneau principal (2) et une deuxième région adjacente (14) à la première région, articulée sur au moins une partie du bord d'extrémité (4') d'un panneau latéral (4) de sorte que, lorsque l'étui est formé la première (11) et la deuxième région (14) viennent doubler une région de coin de ladite extrémité du suremballage. <IMAGE>

Description

La présente invention a pour objet un suremballage formant un étui ouvert à au moins une extrémité, du type communément appelé "pick-up" et qui est destiné à entourer un conditionnement.
Ce type de suremballage est notamment utilisé pour entourer un conditionnement en matière plastique, lequel est réalisé en général par moulage et qui présente, pour des raisons liées à sa démoulabilité, un profil évasé plus ou moins prononcé.
Lors de la manipulation des produits, que ce soit au cours de la fabrication, du transport, ou de la mise en rayon dans un magasin, ceux-ci sont amenés à être positionnés bord à bord et appuyés les uns contre les autres. Du fait de la forme évasée du conditionnement, par exemple, selon un profil en trapèze, le suremballage tend à se -déformer, ce qui fait que les produits suremballés ne sont plus en contact que par une arête supérieure, ce qui affaiblit la résistance des produits à ce type de sollicitation.
Il est donc souhaitable d'améliorer les performance du suremballage vis-à-vis des contraintes transversales.
Dans ce but, l'invention concerne un suremballage formant un étui ouvert à au moins une extrémité et comprenant un panneau principal et auquel sont articulés deux panneaux latéraux dont l'un au moins se prolonge par un panneau de fermeture du périmètre de l'étui, ladite extrémité ouverte du suremballage étant définie par un bord d'extrémité du panneau principal, un bord d'extrémité de chacun des panneaux latéraux et un bord d'extrémité dudit panneau de fermeture, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins une patte disposée à au moins une extrémité ouverte et présentant une première région articulée sur au moins une partie du bord d'extrémité du panneau principal et une deuxième région adjacente à la première région articulée sur au moins une partie du bord d'extrémité d'un panneau latéral de sorte que, lorsque l'étui est formé, la première et la deuxième région viennent doubler une région de coin de ladite extrémité du suremballage. Avantageusement, par repliement dans un premier temps des deux régions de la patte autour du bord d'extrémité du panneau principal et du panneau latéral, de manière à la plaquer sur le panneau principal et le panneau latéral, la prepière région vient emprisonner une règion d'extrémité, notamment plate, d'un conditionnement disposé dans le suremballage, et par repliement dans un deuxième temps du suremballage autour dudit conditionnement pour former l'étui, la premire et la deuxième région viennent réaliser ledit doublage de la région de coin de ladite extrémité du suremballage.
Un avantage supplémentaire de l'invention est un maintien en place des produits. En outre, la platte ainsi repliée sert de témoin d'inviolabilité du produit, car elle ne peut être dégagée sans créer sur la patte une région de déformation visible.
Dans le cas d'un suremballge ouvert à ses deux extrémités, il est avantageux de disposer deux pattes diagonalement opposées par rapport au panneau principal. Ceci permet un renfort des deux côtés latéraux du suremballage ainsi qu'un maintien longitudinal du produit dans les deux sens d'extraction.
La première région de la patte présente avantageusement une région concave qui vient border un bord du conditionnement adjacent à ladite région plate d'extrémité.
L'invention concerne également un produit suremballé comportant un conditionnement, notamment multi-alvéoles, tel que défini ci-dessus, la première et la deuxième région d'au moins une patte venant doubler au moins une région de coin d'au moins une extrémité du suremballage.
De préférence, la première région vient emprisonner une région d'extrémité notamment plate du conditionnement.
L'invention sera mieux comprise à la lecture de la description qui va suivre, donnée à titre d'exemple non limitatif , en liaison avec les dessins, dans lesquels :
  • les figures 1a et 1b représentent, à plat, un flan de carton destiné à réaliser un suremballage selon l'invention, pour un emballage multi-alvéoles représenté à la figure 1b en vue de dessous.
  • la figure 2 illustre le produit final correspondant au suremballage de la figure 1a et à l'emballage de la figure 1b.
Conformément à la figure 1a, un flan de carton 1 présente un panneau principal 2 qui, dans l'exemple illustré, viendra constituer une face supérieure du produit final (posé à plat) ou une face avant de celui-ci (posé débout). A cette face principale, sont articulés autour de lignes de pliage 21 deux panneaux latéraux 3, lesquels présentent une région 4 adjacente au panneau 2 qui est destinée, sur le produit final (figure 2) à rester sensiblement perpendiculaire à ce dernier, et une région 5 susceptible, sur le produit final d'être inclinée par rapport à la région 4 en direction de l'intérieur du suremballage 1. Enfin, un ou plusieurs panneaux 6, 7 sont articulés en 51 sur l'un au moins des panneaux pour refermer l'étui le long d'une ligne de collage pré-encolée 8.
Des pattes 10, ici au nombre de 2, sont articulées en 15 le long d'une partie des bords d'extrémité 2' du panneau principal 2 et du bord d'extrémité 4' de la région 4 du panneau 3 et elles présentent une première région 11 articulée au panneau 2 et pourvue d'une encoche concave 12 et une deuxième région 14 articulée à la région 4 du panneau 3.
Par repliement, par exemple à 90°, autour de la ligne 15, le conditionnement 30 étant en place (voir pointillés à la figure la), la région 11 de la patte vient se replier sur un coin 33 d'un rebord 35 entourant des alvéoles 31 du conditionnement 30. Ceci permet de maintenir en place le conditionnement et de renforcer la rigidité. En particulier, l'encoche 12 vient border le bord 34 de l'alvéole 31 au voisinage immédiat du rebord 35.
La fermeture de l'étui avec collage en 8, replie une nouvelle fois la patte 10, à 90°, le long de la ligne 16 prolongeant la ligne 21, ce qui fait que, pour le produit final représenté à la figure 2, la région 14 longe une région 4 et la région 11 longe le panneau 2 en maintenant en place le conditionnement 30 et en renforçant le coin supérieur, d'où une perpendicularité mieux assuré des panneaux 2 et 4 autour de la ligne de pliage 21.
Le produit fini, représenté à la figure 2, présente un suremballage 1 autour d'un conditionnement 30 pourvu d'alvéoles 31, contenant par exemple des biscuits, et dont le contour extérieur 36 est évasé vers le bas (en raison des contraintes dans la démoulabilité) et dont le fond repose sur les panneaux 6 et 7 collés en 8.

Claims (7)

  1. Suremballage formant un étui ouvert à au moins une extrémité et comprenant un panneau principal du suremballage et auquel sont articulés deux panneaux latéraux dont l'un au moins se prolonge par un panneau de fermeture du périmètre de l'étui, ladite extrémité ouverte du suremballage étant définie par un bord d'extrémité du panneau principal, un bord d'extrémité de chacun des panneaux latéraux et un bord d'extrémité dudit panneau de fermeture, caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins une patte (10) disposée à une dite extrémité ouverte et présentant une première région (11), articulée sur au moins une partie d'un bord d'extrémité (2') du panneau principal (2) et une deuxième région (14) adjacente à la première région, et articulée sur au moins une partie du bord d'extrémité (4') d'un panneau latéral (4) de sorte que, lorsque l'étui est formé, la première (11) et la deuxième (14) région viennent doubler une région de coin de ladite extrémité du suremballage.
  2. Suremballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la patte (10) est disposée de manière telle que, par repliement dans un premier temps des deux régions (11, 14) de la patte (10) autour du bord d'extrémité (2', 4') du panneau principal (2) et du panneau latéral, de manière à la plaquer sur le panneau principal (2) et le panneau latéral (4), la première région (11) vienne emprisonner une région d'extrémité, notamment plate, (33) d'un conditionnement (30) disposé dans le suremballage, et par repliement autour dudit conditionnement (30) pour former l'étui, la première (11) et la deuxième (14) région viennent doubler la région de coin de ladite extrémité du suremballage.
  3. Suremballage selon une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le suremballage est ouvert à ses deux extrémités et présente deux dites pattes (10) qui sont diagonalement opposées par rapport au panneau principal (2).
  4. Suremballage selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la première région (11) de la patte présente une région concave (12) qui vient border un bord (34) du conditionnement adjacent à ladite région plate d'extrémité (33).
  5. Produit suremballé, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte un conditionnement (30) et un suremballage selon une des revendications précédentes, et en ce que la première (11) et la deuxième (14) région d'au moins une patte (10) viennent doubler au moins une région de coin d'au moins une extrémité du suremballage.
  6. Produit suremballé, caractérisé en ce que la première région (11) de la patte (10) emprisonne une région d'extrémité, notamment plate, (33) du conditionnement (30).
  7. Produit suremballé selon une des revendications 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le conditionnement (30) est multi-alvéoles.
