Abstract
Description
- Die Konstruktion des Spannschlosses mit der üblichen U-förmigen Ausnahme verursacht bei axialer Belastung ein Kippen des Lagers.
- Die Geräte zur Herstellung der Siebe weisen Abweichungen auf oder können mit Klebstoffresten verschmutzt sein, so dass die äusseren Schablonenringe nicht genau zueinander fluchten.
- Unter der axialen Spannung, die für das Sieb notwendig ist, werden die Seitenplatten mit den Lagerstellen verformt, so dass die Achsrichtungen zueinander einen Winkel bilden.

Claims (6)
- Lager für das Rundsieb bei Rotationsiebdruckwerken, wobei das Sieb in Zylinderform beidseitig über Schablonenringe je in einem Spannschloss aufgenommen ist, welches seinerseits drehbar in einem Zwischenring gelagert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zwischenring in Form eines flachen Bauteils in einer Seitenwange des Druckwerkes derart federnd gelagert ist, dass er sich zumindest innerhalb vorbestimmter Grenzen unter Belastung bezüglich der Wange federelastisch verschwenken und in axialer Richtung verschieben lässt.
- Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lagerung über zwei flache konzentrische Ringe erfolgt, wobei der innere Ring über zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegende Stege mit dem äusseren Ring in Verbindung steht, während der äussere Ring ebenfalls über zwei sich diametral gegenüberliegende Stege, welche gegenüber den inneren Verbindungsstegen um 90° versetzt sind, mit einer den Ring umgebenden Halterung in Verbindung steht.
- Lager nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sämtliche Teile der Lagerung des Zwischenringes in einer Platte, z.B. einer Stahlplatte, integriert sind.
- Lager nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zwischenring mit vier um 90° zueinander versetzten, radial abstehenden Stiften versehen ist, welche derart an der zugehörigen Seitenwange gehalten sind, dass sich der Zwischenring nicht um seine Achse drehen kann, sich jedoch gegen die Kraft von Rückstellfedern bezüglich der Wange und in axialer Richtung leicht verschwenken bzw. verschieben lässt.
- Lager nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder der Stifte des Zwischenringes zwischen zwei Führungsbolzen an der Seitenwange gelagert ist und durch von vorn und hinten auf die Stifte wirkende Flachfedern derart beaufschlagt ist, dass der Zwischenring unabhängig von jeder axialen Belastung in spannungslosem Zustand gehalten ist.
- Lagerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Zwischenring in einem feststehend in der Seitenwange montierten, flachen, ringförmigen Federelement gehalten ist, welches aus einem Basisring und einer Vielzahl in dessen Ebene radial davon abstehenden Federzungen gebildet ist, wobei der Zwischenring fest auf dem Basisring sitzt und die Federzungen nur an ihren äusseren Enden gehalten sind.
