- Electrical plug connection comprising a first plug connector (12) which can be releasably coupled to a second plug connector (13) in the axial direction, comprising a housing (14) of the first plug connector (12) which is made of insulating material in which a plurality of accommodation chambers (22), which are situated next to one another, are formed, it being possible for in each case one contact element (24) to be inserted into the said accommodation chambers in the axial direction, the said contact element having a contact section (28) in an exposed end region (27) of the contact element (24) at the front in the direction of insertion, and a middle section (34), a neck-like transition section (36) and, at the other end of the contact element (24), a connection section (37) adjoining the said contact section, comprising a locking element (46) which is displaceably mounted on the housing (14) and can be displaced from an unlocking position to a locking position, in order to secure the contact elements (24) against axial displacement, transverse to the direction of insertion of the contact elements (24) into the accommodation chambers (22) when the contact elements (24) are fully inserted into the accommodation chambers (22), and comprising a sealing means (19) which is arranged on the housing (14) downstream of the locking element (46) in the axial direction and seals off the first plug connector (12) from the second plug connector (13) when the plug connection (11) is in the coupled state, characterized in that at least the contact section (28) is surrounded by a contact frame (39) which has at least one locking body (44) fitted to the outside, the said locking body being axially covered by the locking element (46) in an interlocking manner in the locking position of this locking element, and the sealing means (19) being arranged, at least partially, at a radial distance from the transition section (36).
- Plug connection according to Claim 1, characterized in that the contact frame (39) is box-like and the locking body (44), which extends transverse to the direction of displacement of the locking element (46), is formed on a side wall (41) of the contact frame (39) in the end region (27).
- Plug connection according to Claim 2, characterized in that the locking element (46) has coding parts (47) which permit coupling of the two plug connectors (12, 13) for the purpose of closing the plug connection (11) only when there is a complementarily coded second plug connector (13).
- Plug connection according to Claim 3, characterized in that the sealing means (19) is formed as a radial seal which is supported on an inner face (21) of an insertion receptacle (16) of the second plug connector (13) in a force-fitting manner when the plug connection (11) is closed.
