Claims (10)

  1. Cabine de douche équipée comprenant un dispositif de génération de cascades d'eau variables, caractérisé en ce que ledit dispositif comprend au moins une cuve (1), qui peut être basculée autour d'un axe de charnière (2) de celui-ci qui est pourvu d'au moins une cavité (15) adaptée pour recueillir un écoulement (8) d'eau délivré par au moins un robinet (7), et comprend au moins une paroi de débordement (12), ladite cuve étant adaptée pour commuter alternativement, de façon à délivrer ladite cascade d'eau variable, entre une position normale de repos, lorsqu'elle est sensiblement vide, dans laquelle ladite cavité (15) peut recueillir ledit écoulement d'eau (8), et une position instable, lorsque ladite cuve (1) est sensiblement pleine, dans laquelle l'eau recueillie dans ladite cavité (15) est évacuée par ladite paroi de débordement (12).
  2. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque la cuve (1) est sensiblement vide, le centre de gravité de celle-ci est déstabilisé, c'est à dire décalé par rapport audit axe de charnière (2) dans la direction opposée par rapport à ladite paroi de débordement (12), d'une manière propre à maintenir ladite cuve dans ladite position de repos.
  3. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que, lorsque la cuve (1) est sensiblement pleine, le centre de gravité de celle-ci est déstabilisé, c'est à dire décalé par rapport audit axe de charnière (2) dans la direction de la paroi de débordement (12), d'une manière propre à faire basculer ladite cuve dans ladite position instable de celle-ci.
  4. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite paroi de débordement (12) s'étend en correspondance avec une partie en saillie (16) de la cuve basculante (1) dans laquelle la coupe transversale de ladite cuve s'élargit soudainement vers l'extérieur.
  5. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite position de repos est définie par un arrêt limite (13) contre lequel la cuve basculante (1) est conçue pour venir buter.
  6. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que ledit arrêt limite ou butée (13) est réglable de manière à permettre de faire varier le débit des jets de la cascade d'eau délivrés par la paroi de débordement (12).
  7. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite cuve (1) a un fond pourvu d'au moins un orifice calibré (18) pour vider le reste d'eau de ladite cavité (15).
  8. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit axe de charnière (2) est défini par au moins une broche (3) montée au moyen d'un roulement à billes (4), ou d'un système similaire, dans une assise de support (9) dans lequel ledit roulement est maintenu en place au moyen d'une vis (10), ou d'un moyen similaire, adapté pour interférer avec ledit roulement.
  9. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ladite cuve (1) a des parois présentant une épaisseur constante et a une coupe transversale essentiellement en forme de U qui est variable longitudinalement d'un maximum au centre à un minimum vers les côtés.
  10. Cabine de douche équipée selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit bord de débordement, ou le déversoir de la paroi de débordement (12) s'étend à un niveau inférieur par rapport aux parties restantes du bord supérieur de la cuve (1), afin d'équilibrer de manière appropriée la masse de ladite cuve.
