Claims (8)
- Stopfen für den Verschluss von Metallschmelze aufnehmenden Behältnissen, mit einem z.B. stangenförmigen Stopfenkörper (1) aus feuerfestem Material, welcher eine Bohrung (3) für den lösbaren Eingriff einer z.B. metallenen Haltestange (4) für das Anbringen an einem Hubmechanismus aufweist, wobei der Haltestange (4) an ihrem Befestigungsende (5) wenigstens zwei diametral einander gegenüberliegende, bezüglich des Umfangs der Haltestange (4) radial nach außen ragende Verriegelungsvorsprünge (6) zugeordnet sind, welche durch entsprechende zueinander winkelversetzte, an die Bohrung (3) angrenzende Längsschlitze (7) des Stopfenkörpers (1) bis in eine axiale Lage überführbar sind, in welcher die Haltestange (4) mit den Verriegelungsvorsprüngen (6) gegenüber dem Stopfenkörper (1) verdrehbar ist, indem die Längsschlitze (7) von dem oberen Ende des Stopfenkörpers (1) bis in einen Freiraum (10) für das Verdrehen der Haltestange (4) mit den Verriegelungsvorsprüngen (6) reichen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorsprünge (6) an der Haltestange (4) selbst angebracht sind und durch Bewegung in Richtung axial zum oberen Ende des Stopfenkörpers (1) hin in entsprechend zueinander winkelversetzte, sich zu einer nach unter weisenden Stirnfläche (9) des Stopfenkörpers (1) hin öffnende Arretierungsaussparungen (8) des Stopfenkörpers (1) eintreten können.
- Stopfen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stirnfläche (9) mit den Arretierungsaussparungen (8) von einem Einsatzkörper (2) gebildet ist.
- Stopfen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltestange (4) in Verriegelungsstellung gegenüber der Einsatzhülse (2) des Stopfenkörpers (1) axial verspannbar ist.
- Stopfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltestange (4) ein Außengewinde (11) für die Aufnahme einer Festspannmutter (12) aufweist, welche dazu geeignet ist, sich, ggf. unter Zwischenlage eines Unterlegringes (13), an einer oberen, vorzugsweise ebenen Stirnfläche (14) des Stopfenkörpers (1) abzustützen.
- Stopfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltestange (4) eine bis in den Freiraum (10) des Stopfenkörpers (1) reichende Längsbohrung (17) aufweist und sich an den Freiraum (10) eine Längsbohrung (16) des Stopfenkörpers (1) für die Zuführung eines Gases in die Metallschmelze anschließt.
- Stopfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verriegelungsvorsprünge (6) zapfenartig ausgebildet und form- und/oder kraftschlüssig in den Arretierungsaussparungen (8) aufnehmbar sind.
- Stopfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei mehr als zwei Verriegelungsvorsprüngen (6) diese in gleichem Winkelabstand über den Umfang der Haltestange (4) verteilt angeordnet sind.
- Stopfen nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltestange (4) an ihrem Umfang gegenüber dem Stopfenkörper (1) abgedichtet ist, insbesondere mittels eines temperaturbeständigen Dichtungsringes (19), z.B. in Form einer keramischen Faserdichtung, zwischen Unterlegring (13) und Stopfenkörper (1).
