Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a jacking pipe for manufacture an essentially horizontal pipeline, the wall of which consists at least predominantly of polymer concrete. Such jacking pipes are used, for example, for production of sewers, being an essential one The advantage is that the lines can be laid without having to dig a trench.
It is known to have horizontal supply and disposal lines as well as filter wells using the Horizontal trenchless installation. This technique is however, it is relatively expensive since a drill is also used must be and thus the drilling on the one hand and that Installation of the line on the other hand technically and labor-wise must be coordinated.
In contrast, tunneling technology uses the pipeline as a means of transferring the forces needed for propulsion required are. This enables a significantly more cost-effective Production of the line, although the design of the Jacking pipes account for the jacking forces to be transferred must wear. Due to the use of polymer concrete pipes The finished line in the company is also sufficient with regard to durability with regard to aggressive liquids and thus all practical requirements.
So far, jacking pipes made of polymer concrete have been exclusive with a closed wall for the production of supply and waste lines where the infiltration of liquid from the surrounding earth or other materials surrounding the pipeline through the Pipe wall is neither possible nor intended.
Accordingly, the object of the invention is a jacking pipe of the type described in the introduction that it can also be used as a filter tube or drainage tube, e.g. B. for inclusion of leachate, can be used.
This object is achieved in that at least parts of the Wall of the jacking pipe made of polymer concrete from a Liquid permeable filter material consist of which gravel-like bound with binder, in particular with polymer Grains is formed.
It has been shown that it is possible to wall the pipes despite the weakening that occurs through the openings to measure that they are able to cope with the respectively occurring absorb and transmit maximum propulsive force.
In particular, the wall of the polymer concrete pipe can be used several openings, each with the filter material permeable to liquid are filled. These breakthroughs can be holes, however for example, in the form of strips, in the longitudinal direction of the tube current breakthroughs act, each with accordingly filler-shaped filter material are. The jacking pipe can be partial, predominant or complete consist of polymer concrete. The one made of polymer concrete The area of the pipe can be a coherent structure represent that essentially determines the shape of the tube. The structure can e.g. network or essentially be barrel-shaped without being limited to this to be. The area is made of polymer concrete of the tube can form the force-absorbing structure of the tube.

The
10,0 cm aufweisen. Die Anordnung ist dabei so getroffen, daß
die Löcher zweier benachbarter Lochreihen gegeneinander versetzt
angeordnet sind, wie dies Fig. 1 zeigt. The
The front ends 18 of the
Das Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 3 stimmt im wesentlichen mit dem der Fig. 1 und 2 überein, so daß gleiche oder einander entsprechende Teile auch mit gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen sind, die in Fig. 3 jeweils um 100 höher sind.3 is essentially correct with that of FIGS. 1 and 2, so that the same or each other corresponding parts also with the same reference numerals are provided, which are each 100 higher in FIG. 3.
The
In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, parts are those which
the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 match or this
correspond, with the same, but 200 higher reference numerals
Mistake. In Fig. 4 the arrangement is such that the
The teaching according to the invention is applicable in many ways, since it has been found that the use of perforated pipes as jacking pipes, the holes through Sealing plugs are filled out of filter material, and / or of pipes with differently shaped, possibly also large-area Openings are provided, which are filled with filter material are, at least possible if the dimensioning the pipes and / or the arrangement of the openings of the Need to transfer the feed force bill wear.
The jacking pipes according to the invention are for example for the production of drainage pipes in landfills, but also for the production of filter wells arranged essentially horizontally suitable.
