Claims (10)
- Sanitäres Einbauteil (1) zum Einsetzen in eine Flüssigkeitsleitung, das als Durchflußmengenregler ausgebildet ist und ein Außengehäuse (2) aufweist, in dessen Gehäuse-Inneren ein elastisch verformbarer Regelkörper (3) angeordnet ist, der zwischen sich und der Gehäuse-Innenwand einen Steuerspalt (4) begrenzt, dessen Durchtrittsquerschnitt durch den sich in Abhängigkeit von dem beim Durchströmen des Außengehäuses (2) bildenden Flüssigkeitsdruck verformenden Regelkörper (3) veränderbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der elastische Regelkörper (3) im wesentlichen spielfrei zwischen auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten des Regelkörpers (3) vorgesehenen Regelkörper-Anlagen (5, 6) angeordnet ist und daß diese Regelkörper-Anlagen (5, 6) zum Vorformen des dazwischen angeordneten Regelkörpers (3) in ihrem Abstand zueinander verstellbar und festlegbar sind.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außengehäuse (2) in einer quer zur Durchströmrichtung (Pf1) orientierten Trennebene geteilt ist und zwei in ihrem axialen Abstand zueinander verstellbare Gehäuseteile (9, 10) hat.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außengehäuse (2) ein erstes Gehäuseteil (9) mit einem Außengewinde (11) hat, das im Innengewinde (12) eines zweiten Gehäuseteiles (10) verschraubbar ist.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil (100) zum Einsetzen in eine Flüssigkeitsleitung mit einem Außengehäuse (2), in dessen Gehäuse-Inneren ein elastisch verformbarer Regel- und Schließkörper (3) vorgesehen ist, welcher Regel- und Schließkörper (3) entgegen der Durchströmrichtung (Pf1) in einer Schließstellung gegen einen Ventilsitz (15) preßbar ist und in einer Offenstellung zwischen sich und der Gehäuse-Innenwand einen Steuerspalt (4) begrenzt, dessen Durchtrittsquerschnitt durch den sich in Abhängigkeit von dem beim Durchströmen des Außengehäuses (2) bildenden Flüssigkeitsdruck verformenden Regel- und Schließkörper (3') veränderbar ist.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regel- beziehungsweise Schließkörper (3, 3') in unbelastetem Zustand eine Kugelform hat.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regel- beziehungsweise Schließkörper (3, 3') als elastischer Hohl- oder Schaumkörper ausgebildet ist.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Regel- beziehungsweise Schließkörper (3, 3') in unbelastetem Zustand in Durchströmrichtung (Pf1) im wesentlichen spielfrei zwischen dem Ventilsitz oder dergleichen Regel- beziehungsweise Schließkörper-Anlage (5, 15) einerseits und einer vorzugsweise zentral angeordneten abströmseitigen Regel- beziehungsweise Schließkörper-Anlage (6) andererseits angeordnet ist.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuse-Innenwand zwischen sich und dem Regel- beziehungsweise Schließkörper (3, 3') in Umfangsrichtung verteilte Durchströmkanäle (16) begrenzt.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Außengehäuse (2) einen unrunden, vorzugsweise einen vieleckigen und insbesondere einen im wesentlichen sechseckigen lichten Gehäuse-Querschnitt hat.
- Sanitäres Einbauteil nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Ventilsitz (15) ein Vorsatzsieb (17) in Durchströmrichtung (Pf1) vorgeschaltet ist.
