Claims (5)

  1. Un dispositif pour le chargement du matériau dans le creux d'un moule (9), en particulier pour le pressage des carreaux de céramique, comportant un chariot de chargement (10) ayant un compartiment de chargement (11) avec son extrémité inférieure ouverte et entraînée par un mouvement alternatif dans un sens longitudinal entre une position retirée où le compartiment de chargement est alimenté avec du matériau de carreau, et une position avancée où il décharge le matériau dans le creux du moule par son extrémité inférieure ouverte, et ayant des moyens de raclage (17) pour racler le matériau dans le creux du moule, et comportant, positionnée attenante à et coplanaire avec la surface supérieure du moule, une surface de translation (20) le long de laquelle le compartiment de chargement du chariot (11) et les moyens de raclage (17) coulissent d'une façon étanche et qui ferme l'extrémité inférieure du compartiment de chargement (11), caractérisé en ce que : soit la totalité soit une partie de ladite surface de translation (20) est mobile de façon à définir au moins un trop-plein transversal (21) pour la chute du matériau, ce qui implique l'ampleur tout entière du compartiment de chargement du chariot (11) et des moyens de raclage (17), des moyens (41) étant prévus pour laisser bouger soit la totalité soit une partie de la surface de translation (20) afin respectivement d'ouvrir et de fermer ledit trop-plein (21), et étant coordonnés avec le mouvement du chariot (10) de sorte que la translation de retour du chariot ait lieu pendant que le trop-plein est ouvert, tandis que sa translation vers l'extérieur a lieu pendant que le trop-plein est fermé.
  2. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la surface de translation tout entière (20) est mobile dans un sens longitudinal et horizontal entre une position avancée où elle est attenante au moule (9) et une position retirée où elle est y éloignée de façon à laisser ouverte au moins une région transversale (21) entre le bord frontal de la surface de translation et le bord correspondant du moule, en vue de définir ledit trop-plein (21) pour la chute du matériau, des moyens étant prévus pour entraîner la surface de translation en synchronie avec le mouvement du chariot de sorte que le retour du chariot ait lieu pendant que la surface de translation est dans sa position retirée, tandis que la translation vers l'extérieur du chariot a lieu pendant que la surface de translation est dans sa position attenante au moule.
  3. Un dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte, soutenant la surface de translation, un cadre mobile (25) contraint dans un cadre fixe (30) de sorte qu'il soit en état de ne coulisser en rapport à celui-ci que dans le sens horizontal et longitudinal.
  4. Un dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le cadre mobile (25) soutient un arbre de renvoi transversal (35), sur extrémités duquel sont clavetées deux roues dentées (36) qui emboîtent des crémaillères respectives horizontales et longitudinales (37) fixées au cadre fixe (30), parallèles au sens de mouvement du cadre mobile.
  5. Un dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une unité pneumatique cylindre-piston (41) aménagée pour laisser bouger le cadre mobile (25) relativement au cadre fixe (30) le long du sens horizontal et longitudinal en sorte de laisser bouger la surface de translation loin du et vers le moule, et associée avec des moyens d'amortissement de chocs (50) qui définissent les positions avancée et retirée de la surface de translation.
