- Fold-over clasps are particularly useful for watch straps (but not is mandatory). They are also called folding closures.
- the fold-over closure with the bracelet ends attached to it forms a self-contained so-called Bracelet.
- Bracelet When opening the fold-over clasp, only the circumference of the bracelet is opened Enlarged so that you can slip in and out with your hand. The bracelet is not separated.
- a bracelet is understood to mean all types of means with which the forearm is closable near the wrist, and at the ends Foldable closure is attachable. In the broader sense, a bracelet also becomes an agent understood which can be placed around the foot in the area of the ankle. Also a Collars and a belt are broadly included.
- the well-known shutter had a watch case as an eye-catcher.
- the watch case was in two parts with an upper part carrying a clockwork and a watch floor.
- the top and the bottom of the watch were articulated connected with a tab.
- the watch bottom was designed in such a way that the upper part and Tab could be inserted into it.
- One end of the bracelet was on the top and the other The end of the bracelet is articulated on the lower part. To open it had to be done with a fingernail one side of the watch case is raised from the bottom of the watch as a "Z-bottom" become.
- the fold-over closure had a central locking part with symmetrically arranged on both sides Toggle levers.
- the central locking part had a watch as an eye-catcher.
- everyone Toggle lever had two leg parts connected with a swivel joint, whereby the end of a first leg part facing away from the swivel joint on the watch case pivotable and the end of the second leg part facing away from the swivel joint was pivotally connected to the end of the bracelet.
- the leg parts were folded, with each of the first leg part on the inside and the second leg part on the outside of the Order came to rest.
- the object of the invention is to carry a wrist, preferably on itself circumferentially closed arrangement with a bracelet and one for changing the circumference to serve serving flap closure, which firstly by means of folded Secondary closure clasp remains securely in a shortened condition to enlarge the circumference in a simple manner, in particular "gentle on fingernails", is to open and third, especially when closed, an aesthetic has a nice appearance.
- the object is achieved in that the end connected to the bracelet Collapsible toggle levers offset to the central locking part and the central closure part are designed and connected to one another in such a way that in the immediate transition from the closed state of the fold-over closure the central locking part is to be moved to the open state or is moving emotional. That is, to open the central locking part to the outside, i. H. at a on Pulling the wrist-to-wear arrangement upwards or it moves you predetermined radial path outwards; he jumps up in a tangible way.
- the fold-over closure can be unbalanced with one toggle lever or unbalanced with two toggle levers or be constructed symmetrically.
- the bracelet of the arrangement at least from two non-deformable, the wrist contour adapted, preferred bangle parts symmetrical to each other, which with a bangle swivel are pivotally connected to each other.
- the central one Closure part and the two bangle parts are then designed such that the Only have a minimal distance between the front edge of the bangle when the central locking part is lifted outwards by a gripping path.
- radially inwards to the folded toggle lever is then an opening of the arrangement by jumping the central closure part out of the closed state and grasping it perfectly for further opening.
- Each toggle lever will be built from two leg parts, each with a swivel joint are connected. It can now be used with a toggle Leg part fixed or pivotally connected to the central closure part his. If it is firmly connected to the closure part, the result is as described below simple, fingernail-friendly closing and opening process. the finger nails namely, are no longer, as is usual in the prior art, to reach under and pulling up the swivel joint connecting the swivel parts is required.
- the arrangement according to the invention can be with the above-mentioned flap closure train them in such an aesthetically pleasing way that they are already on their wrists acts as a piece of jewelry to be worn. It also becomes the central part of the flip-over closure Equipped with an eye-catching object, the result is a practical one and beautiful piece of jewelry, especially if the bracelet or bangle parts be artistically designed.
- the eye-catching object which is arranged on the fold-over closure in one embodiment variant is not divided into two.
- the eye-catching object is a one-piece part of a symmetrically constructed fold-over closure.
- the solution according to the invention can also be used to achieve an aesthetically pleasing appearance of a closed bangle.
- the bracelet will preferably be designed as a watch strap.
- design variants are also possible in which other eye-catching objects, as indicated above, are used instead of the watch case.
- the two toggle levers of the fold-over clasp in particular can be flush-recessed into recesses in the end regions of the bracelet.
- the sum of the thicknesses of the two leg parts of each toggle lever is up to a tolerance equal to the thickness of the end area of the bracelet.
- One leg part is then concave and the other convex with one of the curvature of the respective bracelet end area, so that when the arrangement is closed, the folded toggle levers are inserted flush with the surface in the respective recess.
- the two toggle levers and the corresponding one Form the recess in such a way that the toggle levers snap into the recesses and only unfolded or opened by applying a slight force to open it can be. You will also train the toggle and recess in such a way that a Pushing through the recess is impossible.
- FIGS. 1 to 4 The arrangement shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 with a bracelet designed as a closed bangle has a fold-over closure 1 .
- the flap closure 1 is designed as a symmetrical unit. As a central locking part, it has a watch case 3 as an eye-catcher.
- One end of the bracelet 5a and 5b is attached to the folding clasp 1 with a swivel joint 6a and 6b .
- the bracelet also has two concave, mirror-symmetrical rigid bangle parts 7a and 7b , which are connected to each other by a bangle joint 9 .
- the concave bend of the bracelet parts 7a and 7b is adapted to the surface shape of the human wrist.
- the flap closure 1 has on both sides of the watch case 3 a toggle lever 11a and 11b held with a swivel joint 10a and 10b , the respective leg parts 13a and 13b or 13c and 13d are pivotally connected to one another by a swivel joint 15a and 15b .
- the toggle levers 11a and 11b are mirror-symmetrical to one another.
- the leg part 13a or 13c is pivotably held with the swivel joint 10a or 10b in each case on a side flange 14a or 14b of the watch case 3 .
- each bracelet end region 5a or 5b has a U-shaped recess 17a or 17b which is open towards the end and extends through the entire end region.
- the longitudinal sides 19a and 19b or 19c and 19d of the recess 17a or 17b run parallel to the end edges 18a and 18b of the bracelet parts 7a and 7b .
- the two bangle parts 7a and 7b are formed as tabs of the same width, which are curved in accordance with the wrist contour, but this is not mandatory. A different shape would also be possible.
- the axes of all swivel joints 6a, 6b, 9 , 10a, 10b, 15a and 15b run parallel to one another.
- the leg parts 13a to 13d are also designed according to the width b of the recess 17a or 17b, with the exception of a tolerance, of the same width, concave or convex curved tabs.
- the tab thickness d is, apart from a second tolerance, half as thick as the thickness of the respective bangle end region e having the relevant recess. Due to the thickness selection just described and a suitable concave or convex shape of the leg parts 13a to 13d , the fully folded toggle levers 5a and 5b , as shown in FIGS . 1 and 3 , lie flush with the surface in the respective recesses 17a and 17b .
- FIG. 5 shows a section along a line V - V in FIG . 3 . This cut is made slightly offset in the recess bottom 23a in the direction of the recess opening 25a .
- the respective snap-in unit is arranged in the vicinity of the recess base 23a or 23b , that is to say as far as possible from the swivel joint 6a or 6b between the bracelet part 7a or 7a and the relevant leg part 13b or 13d .
- Each leg section 13b or 13d has, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 4 , a gap 29a or 29b which starts from the swivel joint 15a or 15b and ends in a through hole 31a or 31b .
- the swivel joint 15a or 15b is now designed in such a way that the two tab parts 33a and 33b can be resiliently bent against one another on the left and right of the gap 29a or 29b .
- the total width g of the leg part 13b or 13d is larger by a latching tolerance than that of the leg part 13a or 13c .
- each recess 17a and 17b are formed in the vicinity of the recess base 23a or 23b with a bevel 35a or 35b which tapers slightly outwards and which has a leading edge to the outside 21a or 21b of the respective bangle part 7a or 7b 37a or 37b .
- the approximately extended leg parts 13a to 13d of the toggle levers 11a and 11b are folded together in order to reduce the overall circumference of the bracelet.
- the two leg parts 13a and 13b and 13c and 13d are moved towards the respective recess 17a and 17b until the respective leg part 13b and 13d in the region of the swivel joint 15a and 15b on the outside 21a and 21b of the respective one Bangle 7a or 7b strikes in the vicinity of the recess bottom 23a or 23b .
- the two tab parts 33a and 33b are pressed together against their spring action by the inlet edges 37b and 37b .
- the two tab parts 13b and 13d relax at the following slopes 35a and 35b .
- the toggle levers 11a and 11b are now snapped into the relevant recess 17a and . 17b held.
- each recess base 23a and 23b is provided with a bevel 41a or 41b , which faces the inside 43 of the respective bangle part 7a or 7b tapered towards.
- the two recesses 17a and 17b have been described above as a completely continuous space. But it can also be used with the same effect, a recess that does not go completely through the bracelet part concerned; ie there would still be a recess floor with a wall thickness on the inside 43 .
- the recess configuration described above, however, allows easier production with a beautiful appearance.
- the recess bottom 23a or 23b need not necessarily have a surface perpendicular to the longitudinal sides 19a to 19d of the recesses 17a and 17b .
- a curved surface can also be used.
- the recess floor 23a or 23b described above is, however, easy to produce mechanically.
- the eye-catching object does not necessarily have to be the central part of the symmetrically designed folding lock 1 .
- a central part without an eye-catching object can also be used, and then an eye-catching object can be arranged on one or each eye-catching object on both leg parts 13a and / or 13b .
- the flap closure also does not have to be symmetrical. He can e.g. B. can also be formed with only one toggle lever.
- the bracelet has the two rigid bangle parts 7a and 7b .
- These bangle parts 7a and 7b can consist of a noble metal or other metals and also of plastic. Instead of the rigid bangle parts 7a and 7b , however, bendable bracelet parts can also be used.
- the locking unit described above is only to be understood as an example.
- the axis of the swivel joints 15a and 15b could be made to protrude and be resilient on both sides.
- an upwardly expanding blind hole would then have to be made at the appropriate location.
- FIGS. 6 and 7 show an embodiment variant of the arrangement shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 .
- a watch case 47 as an eye-catching object and a central locking part of a symmetrical folding lock.
- the bangle parts 50a and 50b are formed analogously to the bangle parts 7a and 7b and are also pivotably connected to a bangle swivel joint, identified here by 51 .
- the flap closure 49 has a toggle lever 53a and 53b on each side .
- Each toggle lever also has two leg parts 54a and 54b and 54c and 54d , which are each pivotably connected to a swivel joint 55a or 55b .
- leg parts 54a and 54c are rigidly connected to the watch case 47 (central locking part).
- the leg parts 54b and 54d can be moved analogously to the leg parts 13b and 13d and can be pivoted on the arm end region 62a and 62b with a swivel joint 60a and 60b .
- This configuration results in a perfect "popping open" of the arrangement by a lateral pressure on the bracelet parts 50a and 50b below the recesses 61a and 61b described below in the direction of arrows 57a and 57b .
- FIG . 8 shows the “cracked open” state of the arrangement. In this state, the distance k 1 between the front edge of the bangle 59a and 59b is smaller than the distance k 2 in the closed state, as shown in FIG. 6 . However, this reduction in distance also reduces the diameter of the arrangement; however, it is so small that there is no crushing of the wrist.
- the watch case 47 In the "opened state", the watch case 47 is lifted radially outward by a "gripping path" 64.
- the watch case can now be gripped laterally with the thumb and the index or middle finger, as a result of which the arrangement for further circumferential enlargement is shown in FIG As a result, the distance between the opposite ends of the bangle increases to k 3.
- the opened arrangement can now be slipped over the wrist.
- the respective two leg parts 54a to 54d of the toggle levers 53a and 53b are held in a latching manner in a recess 61a and 61b in the armlet part 50a and 50b, which is designed analogously to the recess 17a and 17b .
- the latching force is chosen so large that the arrangement is not opened by unintentional side impacts. These shocks would also have to occur on both sides at the same time. A one-sided impact in the normal frame (ie not injuring) has no effect.
- the width of the two leg parts 54a and 54b, as well as 54c and 54d which are designed in the manner of tabs, is selected such that these parts can be introduced into the recess 61a or 61b with a clearance fit.
- the latching bracket is designed differently.
- the locking bracket shown in Figure 7 shows the leg portion 54c in an enlarged view.
- the leg portion 54a is analogous to this, but is a mirror image.
- This leg part 54c has on both sides an extension 63 , which projects downward approximately in the middle, with a knob 65 .
- this knob 65 engages around a tube 66 arranged in each recess 61a or 61b .
- Each tube 66 is held in the respective recess by a transverse web 67 running in it.
- the shoulder 63 engages through a lateral notch 69 on the leg part 54b or 54d .
- the leg part 54d is mirror-symmetrical to the leg part 54b .
- the knob 65 When opened by lateral pressure on the bracelet parts 50a and 50b , the knob 65 is pushed away from the tube 66 or crossbar 67 , ie pushed away obliquely outwards, and the latching is thus canceled.
- the one latching part as a crosspiece 67 with an enveloping tube 66 , material abrasion can be greatly reduced and the service life of the latching unit can thus be significantly increased.
- each recess 61a and 61b also prevents the toggle levers 53a and 53b from being pushed through the recess 61a and 61b .
- the rigid attachment of the leg parts 54a and 54b to the central locking part 47 is also protected against breaking off.
Abstract
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement to be worn preferably on the wrist the preamble of claim 1.
Unter einem Blickfangobjekt wird ein Schmuckelement (Edelsteinarrangements, Kronen, ...), ein Uhrengehäuse, ein Anzeigeelement (Kleinstrechner, Kleinstpager, ...) usw. verstanden.A decorative element (gemstone arrangements, Crowns, ...), a watch case, a display element (microcomputer, micro pager, ...) etc. understood.
Fold-over clasps are particularly useful for watch straps (but not is mandatory). They are also called folding closures. The fold-over closure with the bracelet ends attached to it forms a self-contained so-called Bracelet. When opening the fold-over clasp, only the circumference of the bracelet is opened Enlarged so that you can slip in and out with your hand. The bracelet is not separated.
A bracelet is understood to mean all types of means with which the forearm is closable near the wrist, and at the ends Foldable closure is attachable. In the broader sense, a bracelet also becomes an agent understood which can be placed around the foot in the area of the ankle. Also a Collars and a belt are broadly included.
An arrangement with a Z-closure on a watch band is from the US-A 4 748 604 known. The well-known shutter had a watch case as an eye-catcher. The watch case was in two parts with an upper part carrying a clockwork and a watch floor. The top and the bottom of the watch were articulated connected with a tab. The watch bottom was designed in such a way that the upper part and Tab could be inserted into it. One end of the bracelet was on the top and the other The end of the bracelet is articulated on the lower part. To open it had to be done with a fingernail one side of the watch case is raised from the bottom of the watch as a "Z-bottom" become.
One is extensive in itself in British patent application GB-A 405 452 closed arrangement described with a fold-over closure. The fold-over closure had a central locking part with symmetrically arranged on both sides Toggle levers. The central locking part had a watch as an eye-catcher. Everyone Toggle lever had two leg parts connected with a swivel joint, whereby the end of a first leg part facing away from the swivel joint on the watch case pivotable and the end of the second leg part facing away from the swivel joint was pivotally connected to the end of the bracelet. When closed the arrangement, the leg parts were folded, with each of the first leg part on the inside and the second leg part on the outside of the Order came to rest. To open the arrangement or the fold-over fastener became that connecting the two leg parts and adjacent to the central closure part under the lying swivel joint with the fingernail and outwards pulled, causing the flap to open and thereby the scope of the arrangement enlarged. The arrangement could now be stripped off the wrist.
An arrangement is also from the Swiss patent specification CH-A 662 031 known with a flip-top closure in which a watch case was arranged. Each two fork-shaped, with one joint at the fork ends interconnected swivel levers reached left and right around the watch case around. The watch case was thus the central part ("common support plate") of the Flip closure. The two joints at the forked ends were closed Condition side by side, outside on the watch case. To open the fold-over closure (Enlargement of the arrangement) had at least one of the joints grasped with a fingernail and pulled outwards.
Eine hierzu analoge Anordnung ist in der EP-A 0 208 168 beschriebenFrom the German patent DE-C 621 286 is a non-generic Arrangement with a clasp and a link bracelet known. An eye-catcher was not there. The closure also only had a central closure part, at the ends of each a single leg with a first swivel joint was ordered. At the end of the Thigh was then attached to the link bracelet with a second swivel joint. The central locking part was arranged such that it was on the inside of the arrangement, stayed facing the wrist. In the closed state of the arrangement the second swivel joints were on the central locking part. To open the arrangement required at least one of the second swivel joints with the fingernail undermined and pulled up. An arrangement analogous to this is in the EP-A 0 208 168
The object of the invention is to carry a wrist, preferably on itself circumferentially closed arrangement with a bracelet and one for changing the circumference to serve serving flap closure, which firstly by means of folded Secondary closure clasp remains securely in a shortened condition to enlarge the circumference in a simple manner, in particular "gentle on fingernails", is to open and third, especially when closed, an aesthetic has a nice appearance.
The object is achieved in that the end connected to the bracelet Collapsible toggle levers offset to the central locking part and the central closure part are designed and connected to one another in such a way that in the immediate transition from the closed state of the fold-over closure the central locking part is to be moved to the open state or is moving emotional. That is, to open the central locking part to the outside, i. H. at a on Pulling the wrist-to-wear arrangement upwards or it moves you predetermined radial path outwards; he jumps up in a tangible way. The fold-over closure can be unbalanced with one toggle lever or unbalanced with two toggle levers or be constructed symmetrically.
In contrast to those in US-A 4 748 604, GB-A 405 452, the CH-A 662 031, DE-C 621 286 and EP-A 0 208 168 described closures are now no "fingernail breaking exercises" for opening the closure to do more. The central locking part is now simply up or pulled radially outwards; in one variant, it even jumps through one lateral pressure on the bracelet designed as a bangle. The central locking part can be opened with the thumb and a to open further additional fingers can be gripped laterally.
In a preferred embodiment, there is also the bracelet of the arrangement at least from two non-deformable, the wrist contour adapted, preferred bangle parts symmetrical to each other, which with a bangle swivel are pivotally connected to each other. Every toggle, the central one Closure part and the two bangle parts are then designed such that the Only have a minimal distance between the front edge of the bangle when the central locking part is lifted outwards by a gripping path. Through a side Press on the broad sides (outer sides) of the bangle parts, then radially inwards to the folded toggle lever is then an opening of the arrangement by jumping the central closure part out of the closed state and grasping it perfectly for further opening.
Each toggle lever will be built from two leg parts, each with a swivel joint are connected.
The arrangement according to the invention can be with the above-mentioned flap closure train them in such an aesthetically pleasing way that they are already on their wrists acts as a piece of jewelry to be worn. It also becomes the central part of the flip-over closure Equipped with an eye-catching object, the result is a practical one and beautiful piece of jewelry, especially if the bracelet or bangle parts be artistically designed.
In contrast to that of US Pat. No. 4,748,604, the eye-catching object which is arranged on the fold-over closure in one embodiment variant is not divided into two. In the embodiment variant of the invention, the eye-catching object is a one-piece part of a symmetrically constructed fold-over closure. As a result, the corners and edges of the base part of US Pat. No. 4,748,604 which lead to injuries are avoided. In a preferred embodiment, the solution according to the invention can also be used to achieve an aesthetically pleasing appearance of a closed bangle. The bracelet will preferably be designed as a watch strap. However, design variants are also possible in which other eye-catching objects, as indicated above, are used instead of the watch case.
To underline an aesthetically pleasing shape, the two toggle levers of the fold-over clasp in particular can be flush-recessed into recesses in the end regions of the bracelet. For this purpose, the sum of the thicknesses of the two leg parts of each toggle lever is up to a tolerance equal to the thickness of the end area of the bracelet. One leg part is then concave and the other convex with one of the curvature of the respective bracelet end area, so that when the arrangement is closed, the folded toggle levers are inserted flush with the surface in the respective recess.
It is also preferable to use the two toggle levers and the corresponding one Form the recess in such a way that the toggle levers snap into the recesses and only unfolded or opened by applying a slight force to open it can be. You will also train the toggle and recess in such a way that a Pushing through the recess is impossible.
It should be emphasized once again that the arrangement according to the invention with or without an eye-catcher on the central locking part of the folding lock can be used, in which case the central closure part is preferably designed as a clasp is.

The arrangement shown in FIGS. 1 to 4 with a bracelet designed as a closed bangle has a fold-over closure 1 . The flap closure 1 is designed as a symmetrical unit. As a central locking part, it has a
zueinander. The flap closure 1 has on both sides of the watch case 3 a
23b, also möglichst weit weg vom Schwenkgelenk
6a bzw. 6b zwischen dem Armreifteil 7a bzw. 7a und dem betreffenden Schenkelteil
13b bzw. 13d angeordnet. Durch diese vom Schwenkgelenk 6a bzw. 6b distanzierte
17b eingelegten Kniehebel 11a bzw. 11b
dennoch mit einer Hand leicht machbar ist.The function of a snap-in unit which holds each folded toggle lever (here toggle
Der jeweils eine Schenkelteil 13b bzw. 13d weist, wie in Figur 4 gut erkennbar
ist, einen vom Schwenkgelenk 15a bzw. 15b ausgehenden Spalt 29a bzw. 29b auf, der
in einem Durchgangsloch 31a bzw. 31b endet.
jeweiligen Armreifteils 7a bzw. 7b eine Einlaufkante 37a bzw. 37b haben.Each
gehalten. If the bracelet is to be put on the wrist after slipping over the hand, the approximately
So that when the toggle levers 11a and 11b are pressed in, they cannot be pressed onto the wrist through the
To open the arrangement, press with thumb and forefinger approximately in the middle of the
The two
Ausnehmungsboden 23a bzw. 23b ist jedoch mechanisch einfach herstellbar. Also, as shown above, the
The eye-catching object does not necessarily have to be the central part of the symmetrically designed folding lock 1 . A central part without an eye-catching object can also be used, and then an eye- catching object can be arranged on one or each eye-catching object on both
As described above, the bracelet has the two
The locking unit described above is only to be understood as an example. For example, the axis of the swivel joints 15a and 15b could be made to protrude and be resilient on both sides. In the
FIGS. 6 and 7 show an embodiment variant of the arrangement shown in FIGS. 1 to 5 . Here, too, there is a
The respective two
The locking bracket shown in Figure 7 shows the
The
To close the wrist assembly, slide it over your hand. The two
