Claims (12)
- Procédé de traitement d'un matériau contenant majoritairement de l'argile humide, notamment de déblais de terrassement, consistant à :a) déposer une couche (10) de hauteur sensiblement uniforme (h) dudit matériau (6) sur un élément d'entraínement (2), en déplacement dans une direction longitudinale donnée (F) au moins une portion donnée dudit élément formant une surface plane et rigide,b) à introduire la couche ainsi formée (10) dans une enceinte de traitement (11) de melange et de broyage disposée au-dessus de l'élément d'entraínement (2),c) à ajouter au matériau (6) au moins un adjuvant (23) en quantité déterminée et sensiblement également réparti transversalement soit sur la couche (10) avant son introduction dans l'enceinte (11) soit dans l'enceinte (12) elle-même, caractérisé en ce qu'il consiste ensuited) à soumettre, dans l'enceinte (11), le matériau (6) et l'adjuvant (23) audit traitement de mélange et de broyage par l'action d'un rotor (15) à pales (17) d'axe (16) transversal, dont les pales (17) tournant à contresens par rapport à la direction (F) donnée affleurent sensiblement la surface de l'élément d'entraínement (2), au niveau de ladite portion formant une surface plane et rigide ; ete) à récupérer, en sortie de l'enceinte (11),le matériau traité (26).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que le matériau (6) est stocké et alimenté à partir d'une trémie (5) disposée au-dessus de l'élément d'entraínement (2).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 caractérisé en ce que l'ajout de l'adjuvant (23) est réalisé à l'aide d'un doseur (18) dans une quantité qui est fonction de la hauteur (h) de la couche (10) de matériau et de la vitesse de défilement de l'élément d'entraínement (2).
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le matériau étant des déblais de terrassement destinés au remblaiement, l'adjuvant mis en oeuvre est de la chaux et les conditions de mise en oeuvre du rotor sont telles qu'elles permettent d'obtenir un matériau traité (26) ayant une granulométrie maximale de 50mm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3 caractérisé en ce que le matériau étant des déblais de terrassement pour couche de forme pour voirie, les conditions de mise en oeuvre du rotor sont telles qu'elles permettent d'obtenir un matériau traité (26) ayant une granulométrie maximale de 30mm.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la hauteur (h) de la couche (10) formée sur l'élément d'entraínement (2) est de l'ordre de 10 à 50 cm, en ce que la quantité d'adjuvant ajoutée sur la couche avant l'entrée dans l'enceinte est de l'ordre de 0,1 à 5% en poids par rapport au matériau, et en ce que la vitesse de rotation du rotor est comprise entre 160 et 200 tours / minute avec une vitesse de déplacement de l'élément d'entraínement comprise entre 200 à 1000 mètres / heure.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute de l'eau, de préférence par pulvérisation, avant et/ou après et/ou au moment de soumettre, dans ladite enceinte (11), le matériau (6) et l'adjuvant (23) à un traitement de mélange et de broyage par l'action dudit rotor (15).
- Installation de traitement d'un matériau contenant majoritairement de l'argile humide, notamment de déblais de terrassement, comprenant :a) un élément d'entraínement (2) équipé de moyens de déplacement dans une direction longitudinale (F) ;b) une trémie (5) apte à réaliser le stockage du matériau (6) et son dépôt sur l'élément plan (2) sous la forme d'une couche (10) de hauteur (h) sensiblement uniforme,c) une enceinte (11) disposée au-dessus de l'élément d'entraínement (2) avec une ouverture d'entrée (13) et une ouverture de sortie (14) pour le passage sensiblement ajusté de la couche (10) de matériau (6),d) des moyens d'apport uniforme (18, 19) d'au moins un adjuvant (23,27),e) un rotor (15) à pales (17), d'axe transversal (16), monté à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (11), équipé de moyens d'entraínement en rotation à contresens de la direction (F) de déplacement de l'élément plan et dont les pales (17) affleurent sensiblement le plan de l'élément d'entraínement (2) lors de leur rotation, etf) des moyens de récupération disposés au niveau de ou sous l'élément plan en aval de l'enceinte,
- Installation selon la revendication 8 caractérisée en ce que l'élément d'entraínement est constitué d'une chaíne à tuiles.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9 caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'apport de l'adjuvant sont constitués d'un doseur (18) disposé transversalement au-dessus de l'élément plan d'entraínement (2), avant l'ouverture d'entrée (13) de l'enceinte (11) et apte à répartir l'adjuvant (23) sous la forme d'une couche (24) de hauteur déterminée sensiblement uniforme.
- Installation selon l'une des revendications 8 ou 9 caractérisée en ce que les moyens d'apport de l'adjuvant sont constitués par un doseur (19) apte à distribuer l'adjuvant (27) à l'intérieur de l'enceinte (11) par un orifice (21) pratiqué à proximité de l'ouverture d'entrée (13) de celle-ci.
- Installation selon l'une quelconque des revendications 8 à 11, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte en outre des moyens d'humidification dudit matériau disposés en amont et/ou en aval et/ou au niveau dudit rotor (15).
