Abstract
Description
- l'entretoise du carter d'huile présente sensiblement la forme d'un parallélépipède dont une face supérieure est complémentaire de la forme du contour de la face inférieure du bloc moteur, et dont la face inférieure est complémentaire de la forme du contour de la face supérieure du carter d'huile, pour permettre l'adaptation d'un carter d'huile associé au bloc moteur,
- chaque équerre présente la forme d'un tétraèdre dont la base forme la deuxième branche arrière de l'équerre, et dont le corps forme la première branche de l'équerre,
- chaque équerre tétraédrique comporte, aux sommets de sa base les plus éloignés de l'axe médian du moteur, deux perçages longitudinaux pour la fixation par vissage de l'équerre sur une surface percée complémentaire de la cloche de transmission,
- le corps de chaque équerre comporte un évidement qui débouche dans sa base pour alléger et rigidifier l'équerre,
- les équerres sont réalisées venues de matière avec l'entretoise,
- l'entretoise est obtenue par moulage, notamment d'un alliage d'aluminium,
- l'entretoise parallélépipédique comporte des ouvertures qui débouchent entre ses faces supérieure et inférieure pour permettre le passage d'éléments d'un équipage mobile du moteur.
- la figure 1 est une vue partielle en perspective d'un groupe motopropulseur selon l'art antérieur comportant des équerres de liaison indépendantes ;
- la figure 2 est une vue partielle en perspective d'un groupe motopropulseur selon l'art antérieur comportant une entretoise selon l'invention ; et

Claims (8)
- Groupe motopropulseur (10) pour véhicule automobile comportant longitudinalement, d'avant en arrière, un moteur (12) thermique et une transmission (14), du type dans lequel une face arrière(16) d'un bloc (18) longitudinal du moteur (12) thermique est liée rigidement à une face avant (20) d'une cloche (22) de la transmission (14), notamment une cloche (22) pour un volant moteur, du type qui comporte, au droit d'un plan (P) de fixation d'un carter d'huile (28) sous le bloc (18) du moteur (12), deux équerres (26) horizontales, opposées transversalement, comportant chacune une première branche (30) avant longitudinale fixée rigidement au bloc moteur (18), et une deuxième branche (32) arrière transversale fixée rigidement à la cloche (22) pour rigidifier l'assemblage du moteur (12) et de la transmission (14),
caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte une entretoise (42) qui est interposée verticalement entre le bloc moteur (18) et le carter d'huile (28), et sur laquelle sont fixées rigidement les premières branches avant (30) des deux équerres (26). - Groupe motopropulseur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (42) du carter d'huile (28) présente sensiblement la forme d'un parallélépipède dont une face supérieure (46) est complémentaire de la forme du contour de la face inférieure (48) du bloc moteur (18), et dont la face inférieure (50) est complémentaire de la forme du contour de la face supérieure (52) du carter d'huile (42), pour permettre l'adaptation d'un carter d'huile (28) associé au bloc moteur (18).
- Groupe motopropulseur (10) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que chaque équerre (26) présente la forme d'un tétraèdre dont la base (56) forme la deuxième branche arrière (32) de l'équerre (26), et dont le corps (72) forme la première branche (30) de l'équerre (26).
- Groupe motopropulseur (10) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé en ce que chaque équerre (26) tétraédrique comporte, aux sommets (58, 60) de sa base (56) les plus éloignés d'un plan médian (P') du moteur (12), deux perçages (62, 64) longitudinaux pour la fixation par vissage de l'équerre (26) sur une surface percée complémentaire de la cloche (22) de transmission.
- Groupe motopropulseur (10) selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps (72) de chaque équerre comporte un évidement (70) qui débouche dans sa base (56) pour alléger et rigidifier l'équerre (26).
- Groupe motopropulseur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les équerres (26) sont réalisées venues de matière avec l'entretoise (42).
- Groupe motopropulseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (42) est obtenue par moulage, notamment d'un alliage d'aluminium.
- Groupe motopropulseur (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7 , caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (46) parallélépipédique comporte des ouvertures (54) qui débouchent entre ses faces supérieure (46) et inférieure (50) pour permettre le passage d'éléments d'un équipage mobile du moteur (12).
