Abstract

Es wird eine elektrische Steckverbinderanordnung vorgeschlagen, wobei mehrere buchsenförmig ausgeführte, aus elektrisch gut leitfähigem Metall hergestellte Steckkontaktelemente (5) mit einer gleichen Anzahl von stiftförmig ausgeführten metallischen Gegen-Steckkontaktelementen kooperieren.
Im Zusammenhang mit einer derartigen Steckverbinderanordnung soll das technische Problem gelöst werden, die Steckkontakteelemente derart auszubilden und so auf einem mit Leiterbahnen (2) versehenen Substrat (1) anzuordnen, daß problemlos eine einwandfreie Verbindung mit einer daran anzuschließenden elektrischen Anschlußleitung realisierbar ist.
Dies wird im Wesentlichen dadurch erreicht, daß die langgestreckt und profiliert ausgeführten, mit ihren Längsachsen parallel zueinander ausgerichteten und parallel zur Substratoberfläche (1a) orientierten Steckkontaktelemente jeweils zumindest eine parallel zur Substratoberfläche verlaufende Verbindungszone (5a',5b') aufweisen, welche jeweils einem auf der Substratoberfläche befindlichen, flächenmäßig auf die zugehörige Verbindungszone abgestimmten metallischen Befestigungsbereich (3a,3b) durch einen Reflow-Lötprozeß stoffschlüssig verbunden sind, wobei ein einem jeden Steckkontaktteil zugeordneter Befestigungsbereich an einer der Leiterbahnen direkt angeschlossen ist.
