Abstract
Description
- une base sur laquelle est monté au moins un contact fixe,
- au moins un contact mobile associé à par un équipage mobile et monté sur la base pour être mobile entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture,
- un moyen de rappel élastique du contact mobile dans sa position d'ouverture,
- des moyens d'armement pour placer et maintenir le contact mobile dans sa position de fermeture, ces moyens d'armement comportant une tige d'armement pourvue d'une lèvre d'accrochage de équipage mobile associé au contact mobile, un moyen de rappel élastique de cette tige d'armement dans une position d'armement dans laquelle, lorsque la lèvre de la tige d'armement est en prise avec l'équipage mobile associé au contact mobile, le contact mobile est plaqué contre le contact fixe dans sa position de fermeture à l'encontre de l'effort de rappel élastique exercé par le moyen de rappel qui lui est associé, et des moyens d'enclenchement assurant l'accrochage de la lèvre de la tige d'armement avec l'équipage mobile associé au contact mobile lorsque la tige d'armement est poussée, dans une position d'enclenchement à l'encontre de l'effort de rappel exercé par le moyen de rappel élastique qui lui est associé,
- des moyens de désarmement automatique pour provoquer le décrochage de l'équipage mobile associé au contact mobile vis-à-vis de la lèvre d'accrochage de la tige d'armement et, partant, le retour du contact mobile dans sa position d'ouverture sous l'effet du moyen de rappel élastique qui lui est associé, ces moyens de désarmement comportant un actionneur électromagnétique à défaut de courant comprenant un élément mobile d'actionnement mobile entre une position de désarmement dans laquelle il est rappelé par un moyen de rappel élastique associé, lorsque la tension aux bornes de l'actionneur électromagnétique descend en dessous d'un seuil prédéterminé pour provoquer le décrochage de l'équipage mobile du contact vis-à-vis de la lèvre d'accrochage de la tige d'armement, et une position d'armement dans laquelle il est placé sous l'effet de la tige d'armement, lorsqu'elle est enfoncée en position d'enclenchement, par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'enclenchement, et dans laquelle il est maintenu à l'encontre des moyens de rappel élastique associés lorsque la tension de l'actionneur électromagnétique est supérieure à un seuil de tension, prédéterminé.
- un épaulement apte à coopérer avec l'extrémité de la tige d'armement de telle manière que cette dernière, lorsqu'elle est enfoncée manuellement en position d'enclenchement, force le balancier à pivoter dans sa position d'armement,
- une lèvre agencée pour prendre prise avec la lèvre de la tige d'armement lorsque le balancier est en position d'armement,
- un bras de levier attelé à l'élément mobile de l'actionneur électromagnétique de telle manière que les positions d'armement et de désarmement de l'élément mobile et du balancier se correspondent.

Claims (7)
- Mécanisme interrupteur électromagnétique à réarmement manuel comportant :une base (2) sur laquelle est monté au moins un contact fixe (4),au moins un contact mobile (11) associé à par un équipage mobile (28) et monté sur la base (2) pour être mobile entre une position d'ouverture et une position de fermeture,un moyen de rappel élastique (3) du contact mobile dans sa position d'ouverture,des moyens d'armement pour placer et maintenir le contact mobile (11) dans sa position de fermeture, ces moyens d'armement comportant une tige d'armement (8) pourvue d'une lèvre (17) d'accrochage de l'équipage mobile (28) associé au contact mobile (11), un moyen de rappel élastique (14) de cette tige d'armement dans une position d'armement dans laquelle, lorsque la lèvre (17) de la tige d'armement (8) est en prise avec l'équipage mobile (28) associé au contact mobile (11), le contact mobile (11) est plaqué contre le contact fixe (4) dans sa position de fermeture à l'encontre de l'effort de rappel élastique exercé par le moyen de rappel (3) qui lui est associé, et des moyens d'enclenchement assurant l'accrochage de la lèvre (17) de la tige d'armement (8) avec l'équipage mobile (28) associé au contact mobile (11) lorsque la tige d'armement (8) est poussée, dans une position d'enclenchement à l'encontre de l'effort de rappel exercé par le moyen de rappel élastique (14) qui lui est associé,des moyens de désarmement automatique pour provoquer le décrochage de l'équipage mobile (28) associé au contact mobile (11) vis-à-vis de la lèvre d'accrochage (17) de la tige d'armement (8) et, partant, le retour du contact mobile (11) dans sa position d'ouverture sous l'effet du moyen de rappel élastique (3) qui lui est associé, ces moyens de désarmement comportant un actionneur électromagnétique à défaut de courant (21) comprenant un élément mobile d'actionnement (9) mobile entre une position de désarmement dans laquelle il est rappelé par un moyen de rappel élastique associé (10), lorsque la tension aux bornes de l'actionneur électromagnétique (21) descend en dessous d'un seuil prédéterminé pour provoquer le décrochage de l'équipage mobile (28) du contact mobile (11) vis-à-vis de la lèvre d'accrochage (17) de la tige d'armement (8), et une position d'armement dans laquelle il est placé sous l'effet de la tige d'armement (8), lorsqu'elle est enfoncée en position d'enclenchement, par l'intermédiaire des moyens d'enclenchement, et dans laquelle il est maintenu à l'encontre des moyens de rappel élastique (10) associés lorsque la tension de l'actionneur électromagnétique (21) est supérieure à un seuil de tension prédéterminé.un épaulement (22) apte à coopérer avec l'extrémité (23) de la tige d'armement (8) de telle manière que cette dernière, lorsqu'elle est enfoncée manuellement en position d'enclenchement, force le balancier (12) à pivoter dans sa position d'armement,une lèvre (16) agencée pour prendre prise avec la lèvre (17) de la tige d'armement (8) lorsque le balancier (12) est en position d'armement,un bras de levier (24) attelé à l'élément mobile (9) de l'actionneur électromagnétique (21) de telle manière que les positions d'armement et de désarmement de l'élément mobile (9) et du balancier (12) se correspondent.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'élément d'actionnement (9) de l'actionneur électromagnétique (21) est constitué par un barreau (9) en matériau ferromagnétique formant un noyau partiellement inséré dans l'entrefer (36) d'un solénoïde (35) appartenant audit actionneur électromagnétique.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 2, dans lequel le barreau d'actionnement (9) présente deux épaulements (25, 26) définissant entre eux une gorge (27) dans laquelle sont engagés les deux bras (24) d'une fourche qui, ménagée sur le balancier (12), forme le bras de levier précité.
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le moyen de rappel élastique du barreau d'actionnement (9) est constitué par un ressort hélicoïdal (10) entourant ce barreau et prenant appui d'une part contre une partie fixe (1) de l'actionneur électromagnétique (21) et d'autre part contre l'épaulement correspondant (25) dudit barreau.
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications 3 et 4, dans lequel le barreau d'actionnement (9) est agencé suivant un axe sensiblement perpendiculaire à la tige d'armement (8).
- Mécanisme selon la revendication 5, dans lequel l'axe de pivotement (15) du balancier (12) est sensiblement perpendiculaire au barreau (9) et à la tige d'armement (8).
- Mécanisme selon l'une des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moyen de rappel élastique de la tige d'armement (8) est constitué par un ressort hélicoïdal (14) qui entoure cette tige d'armement (8) et qui prend appui, d'une part contre la base (2) portant les contacts fixes (4) et d'autre part contre un poussoir manuel (5) associé à la tige d'armement (8).
