Claims (12)
- Hydrozyklon (1, 1', 1'') zum Entfernen von Störstoffen (S) aus einer Flüssigkeit (F) mit mindestens einem Einlauf (3) für die zu reinigende Flüssigkeit (F), mindestens einem Gutstoffauslass (4) für die gereinigte Flüssigkeit (G) sowie mindestens einer Rejektöffnung (5) für Störstoffe (S), welcher mindestens einen verstopfungsgefährdeten Bereich (2) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass an der Außenwand des Hydrozyklons (1, 1', 1'') eine Farbschicht (9) angebracht ist, deren Aussehen sich bei unterschiedlicher Temperatur ändert. - Hydrozyklon (1, 1', 1'') nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Rejektöffnung (5) dem Austrag von Schwerteilen dient. - Hydrozyklon (1, 1', 1'') nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Rejektöffnung (5) dem Austrag von Leichtteilen dient. - Hydrozyklon (1, 1', 1'') nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,

dass er zur Ausscheidung von Störstoffen aus einer Papierfasersuspension geeignet ist, deren Temperatur von der Umgebungstemperatur abweicht. - Hydrozyklon (1, 1', 1'') nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass der Durchflussquerschnitt der Rejektöffnung (5) durch eine Stellvorrichtung (8) vergrößert werden kann. - Hydrozyklonanlage mit mindestens zehn gleichzeitig betreibbaren Hydrozyklonen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
dass die Hydrozyklone (1, 1', 1'') gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 ausgebildet sind.
