Tamperproof package (1) of tray or bag type for packaging food, non-food or medical products, allowing easy opening and reclosing of the said package, according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the ability to peel the bead in the zone "Z1" is obtained by a material having peelable or sealable properties depending on the sealing temperature, such as for example a polyolefin blend such as polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP) or an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), and a blend partly or completely of immiscible monomers or polymers such as polybutylene (PB), ethylene-acrylic acid copolymers, polyesters, modified polyesters or ethylene-alpha-olefin copolymers or by coating with a varnish or a lacquer covering this zone "Z1", or possibly depositing this varnish or lacquer on the layer (13) or (14).

Tamperproof package (1) of tray or bag type for packaging food, non-food or medical products (19), allowing easy opening and reclosing of the said package, according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises an opening tongue (20), and in that the zone "Z1" of the welding bead (4) is located at the said opening tongue (20) of the said package.

Tamperproof package (1) of tray or bag type for packaging food, non-food or medical products (19), allowing easy opening and reclosing of the said package, according to Claim 1, characterized in that the ability to peel the bead may be obtained by coating the layer (13) or (14) in the zone Z1 with a layer of lacquer or varnish.

Method of manufacturing the tamperproof package (1) of bag or tray type according to Claim 1, making it possible to obtain a zone "Z1" where the weld bead (4) peels and a zone "Z2" where the weld bead detaches, the said method using a machine for packaging the product (19) producing the package (1) shapes together with the sealing, the method being characterized in that the weld tool is heated to a temperature T1, less than a break temperature Tr, over a first zone corresponding to the zone "Z1" of the weld bead (4), and to a temperature T2, greater than a break temperature Tr, over a second zone corresponding to the zone "Z2" of the weld bead, when sealing the lid (3) onto the container (2), the break temperature Tr corresponding to the break point making it possible to pass from a zone where the weld bead peels to a zone where the weld bead detaches from the container (2).

Method of manufacturing the tamperproof package (1) of bag or tray type making it possible to obtain a zone "Z1" where the weld bead (4) peels and a zone "Z2" where the weld bead detaches from the container, according to Claim 6, characterized in that an adhesive tape or plate, the material of which has a thermal resistance which makes it possible to obtain a temperature variation equal to the difference between the temperature T2 and the temperature T1, between which the break temperature is located, is inserted under the weld tool, over the zone corresponding to the zone "Z1".

Method of manufacturing the tamperproof package (1) of bag or tray type making it possible to obtain a zone "Z1" where the weld bead (4) peels and a zone "Z2" where the weld bead detaches from the container, according to Claim 7, characterized in that at least one adhesive Teflon tape is inserted, making it possible to obtain a temperature variation from T2 to T1 of about 15°C.

Method of manufacturing the tamperproof package (1) of bag or tray type making it possible to obtain a zone "Z1" where the weld bead (4) peels and a zone "Z2" where the weld bead detaches from the container, according to Claim 6, characterized in that cooling channels are made on the weld tool in the zone corresponding to the zone "Z1" in order to obtain a temperature reduction in this zone.
  10. Method of manufacturing the tamperproof package (1) of bag or tray type making it possible to obtain a zone "Z1" where the weld bead (4) peels and a zone "Z2" where the weld bead detaches from the container, according to Claim 6, characterized in that a tool is used having two parts in which it is possible to separately adjust the parameters of weld pressure, of weld duration and of weld temperature.
