Claims (3)

  1. Vorrichtung zum Einwickeln einer Ladung, insbesondere einer palletizierten Ladung, mittels einer abziehbaren Kunststofffolie, die auf einem Auflagedorn (1) aufgerollt ist, der zwei Endstücke (2 und 3) aufweist, die
    Vorkehrungen für die Montage der Enden des Dorns (1) mit freier Drehung besitzen, wobei die genannten Endstücke (2 und 3) durch ein Element (4) miteinander verbunden sind, das geeignet ist, als Griff zu dienen, und mit Teilen (5, 6, 7) gesichert sind, die eine einstellbare Druckkraft erzeugen können, um den Auflagedorn (1) gleichzeitig zu bremsen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass :
    jedes Endstück (2) und (3) aus einer Tragplatte (2a) und (3a) besteht, die aus einer ihrer Stirnflächen herausragt, und einerseits eine kreisförmige Auflagefläche (2b) und (3b) für die paarweise Montage des Doms (1) mit freier Drehung und andererseits eine röhrenförmige Hülse (2c) und (3c) für die paarweise Montage des Griffs (4) in einer Ebene parallel zu den Mantellinien des Dorns besitzt,
    jede Hülse (2c) und (3c) einen inneren Anschlag (2d) (3d) besitzt, der zwei allseitige Einschließungen (2e) (2f) und (3e) (3f) umgrenzt,
    der Griff(4) aus einem Rohr besteht, das in den ihm zugewandten Einschließungen (2e) und (3e) gerührt und zentriert und nur auf einem der Anschläge (2d) abgestützt ist,
    die Druckelemente aus einem Stab (5) bestehen, der über die internen Anschläge (2d) (3d) frei in die Hülsen (2c) und (3c) und in den Griff (4) eingreift,
    sich an einem der Enden des Stabes (5) Vorkehrungen (5a) befinden, die mit dem Anschlag (2d) der Hülse (2c) zusammenwirken, auf der sich der Griff (4) abstützt;
    das andere Ende des Stabes (5) ein Außengewinde besitzt und aus der zweiten Einschließung (3f) der anderen Hülse (3c) herausragt und mit einem Kopf mit Innengewinde (6) zusammenwirkt, der frei in die genannte Einschließung eingreift, und mit einem elastischen Bauteil (7) verbunden ist, das in der genannten Einschließung (3f) montiert ist, so dass durch einen Schraubvorgang, der auf den Kopf mit Innengewinde (6) ausgeübt wird, eine einstellbare Druckkraft erzeugt wird, um gleichzeitig den Auflagedom zu bremsen, während durch Ausüben von Druck auf den genannten Kopf (6) die Bremsung außer Kraft gesetzt wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Endstücke (2 und 3) genau identisch sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es sich bei jedem Endstück um ein Kunststoffspritzteil handelt.
