Abstract

The ignition plug is formed from a main body (10) upon which is mounted the earth electrode (13). A central electrode (11) is located within the housing. The ignition plug assembly is located upon the cylinder head and secured using an externally threaded nut (14). An indexing tab (20) is provided on the ignition plug body such that it can be correctly orientated within the cylinder head.
