Vorzugsweise fluchtet die Unterkante des bandartigen Abreißelementes mit der unteren Kante des

Schutzelementes mit diesem außenflächig und kann an seiner Unterkante beidseitig über eine
Sollbruchstelle mit dem Schutzelement verbunden sein. Bevorzugt sind zwei am Umfang des
Schutzelementes sich gegenüberliegende bandartige Abreißelemente vorgesehen.
Das mit der Behälterwand einstückig ausgebildete Schutzelement weist einen sich von der
Behälterwand senkrecht nach außen erstreckenden ersten Abschnitt und einen mit diesem
verbundenen, in Bezug auf die Behälterwand konisch geneigt verlaufenden zweiten Abschnitt auf,
der sich über den ersten Abschnitt geringfügig nach oben hinaus erstreckt und die benachbarte
Kante des Verschlußelementes unzugänglich abdeckt und dessen größerer Teil sich von dem ersten
Abschnitt winklig nach unten erstreckt und durch Verstärkungsrippen, die über den
Behälterumfang im Abstand zueinander an der Unterfläche des ersten Abschnitts ausgebildet sind ,
an seiner der Behälterwand zugewandten Fläche verbiegungssicher abgestützt ist. Das
Schutzelement ist somit derart steif ausgebildet, daß ein Zugriff auf die von letzterem abgedeckte,
benachbarte umlaufende Kante des Verschlußdeckels, der wie auch der Behälter im Spritzgußverfahren
aus Kunststoff hergestellt ist, am Umfang des Schutzelementes nicht möglich ist. Erst
nach Entfernen des wippenartig in der Ausnehmung des Schutzelementes an diesem und der
Behälterwand gehalterten Abreißelementes durch Ziehen des letzteren z.B. mit dem an der
Unterkante der konkaven Aussparung des Abreißelementes angreifenden Daumens von der
Behälterwand weg und gleichzeitiges Drücken der Oberkante des Abreißelementes z.B. mit dem
Zeigefinger zur Behälterwand hin wird das Abreißelement wippenartig gegen die Behälterwand
unter Trennung der Sollbruchstellen verschwenkt und aus seiner Verschlußstellung entfernt, wobei
der Daumen unmittelbar unter die freigelegte benachbarte Kante des Verschlußdeckels greifen und

umlaufendes Schutzelement 3 auf, das mit der Behälterwand 4 einstückig ausgebildet ist und die
umlaufende benachbarte Kante 5 eines Verschlußdeckels 6 unzugänglich abdeckt. Ein bandartiges
Abreißelement 7 ist in einer umfangsmäßigen Ausnehmung 8 des Schutzelementes 3 in
Umfangsrichtung angeordnet und weist eine stegartige Auskragung 9 in verhältnismäßig geringem
Abstand unterhalb seiner Oberkante 10 sowie eine etwa daumengroße konkave Aussparung 11
in seiner Unterkante 12 auf, die mit der unteren Kante 13 des Schutzelementes 3 fluchtet. Die Fig.
2 und 3 verdeutlichen, daß die stegartige Auskragung 9 des bandartigen Abreißelemetes 7 sowohl
mit der Behälterwand 4 als auch mit dem Schutzelement 3 über Sollbruchstellen 14
halterungsmäßig verbunden ist. Fig. 1 zeigt weiterhin, daß das bandartige Abreißelement 7
höhenmäßig geringfügig über die obere Kante 15 des Schutzelementes 3, durch die die untere
Kante 5 des Verschlußdeckels 6 unzugänglich abgedeckt ist, hinausragt, so daß bei
Zugbeanspruchung an der Unterkante 12 des Abreißelementes 7 im Bereich der konkaven
Aussparung 11 und gleichzeitiger Druckausübung auf die Oberkante 16 des Abreißelemementes 7
dieses wippenartig gegen die Behälterwand 4 bewegt wird. Hierbei werden die Sollbruchstellen
14 durchtrennt und das Abreißelement 7 aus seiner Halterung in der in der umfangsmäßigen
Ausnehmung des Schutzelementes 3 gelöst, so daß die untere Kante 5 des Verschlußdeckels 6
nunmehr dem Öffnungsgriff zugänglich ist. Das bandartige Abreißelement 7 ist, wie aus Fig. 2
hervorgeht, in Umfangsrichtung des Schutzelementes 3 mit diesem außenflächenschlüssig. Fig.2
zeigt weiterhin, daß das bandartige Abreißelement 7 zur Stabilisierung an seiner Unterkante 12
