Abstract

Ce boîtier d'emballage (30) est prévu pour un luminaire (1) destiné à être fixé à un support quelconque au moyen de pièces (36) à fixer au dit support et munies de moyens d'attache rapide du luminaire sur les dites pièces. Le boîtier d'emballage comprend une partie (38) facilement détachable de l'emballage fermé, et les dites pièces intermédiaires (36) sont placées dans l'emballage derrière la partie détachable, de manière à pouvoir être prélevées sans ouvrir le reste de l'emballage. Description

La présente invention concerne un boítier d'emballage pour un luminaire destiné à être fixé à un support quelconque au moyen de pièces intermédiaires à fixer au dit support, pièces munies de moyens pour y accrocher le luminaire.
Un objet de l'invention est de protéger le luminaire pendant les opérations précédant son montage définitif, et de faciliter ce montage.
A cet effet, le boítier d'emballage comprend une partie facilement détachable de l'emballage fermé, et les dites pièces intermédiaires sont placées dans le boítier d'emballage derrière la partie détachable, et sont amovibles de manière à pouvoir être prélevées sans ouvrir le reste de l'emballage.
Des modes particuliers de réalisation de l'invention apparaissent dans les revendications dépendantes 2 et 3.
Ces aspects de l'invention ainsi que d'autres aspects plus détaillés apparaítront plus clairement grâce à la description suivante d'un mode de réalisation constituant un exemple non limitatif.
  • La figure 1 représente en coupe un luminaire assemblé.
  • La figure 2 représente en coupe un luminaire dans une configuration destinée à l'emballage, au stockage, et au transport.

  • La figure 4 représente en perspective un emballage contenant un luminaire, en cours de déballage.
    • Le luminaire de la figure 1 comprend entre autres :
    • un corps comportant une demi coquille 1 appelée "toiture", munie de moyens de fixation 35 à un support quelconque, par exemple un plafond ou un mur, prenant ici la forme d'un bloc de forme trapézoïdale attaché à la toiture 1 (pouvant prendre d'autres formes connues, par exemple être intégré à la toiture, moulé avec elle ),
    • un couvercle transparent ou "vasque" 2,
    • une platine 4, faite d'une tôle profilée, portant des élément fonctionnels internes du luminaire : entre autres un ballast 7, des douilles 9 de tubes fluorescents 10.
    Un clip 36 est constitué par exemple d'une pièce en tôle à ressort, en forme de trapèze ouvert, portant des trous 37 pour passer des vis de fixation à un plafond ou un mur, et dans lequel peut être accroché le luminaire au moyen du bloc de forme trapézoïdale 35.
    Sur la figure 2, la vasque 2 a été retournée et est posée la tête en bas sur le corps 1, et les douilles 9 sont enlevées. Ainsi l'ensemble est moins haut et peut être emballé dans une boíte plus petite, ce qui rend le transport et le stockage plus économiques.
    Sur la figure 3, une partie facilement détachable 38 de l'emballage 30, qui a ici la forme d'une boíte rectangulaire, est comprise dans la paroi supérieure, par exemple en carton, de cet emballage et est entourée par une ligne 40 le long de laquelle la paroi de l'emballage est semi-incisée, ce qui permet de détacher facilement un rectangle 38. Ce rectangle porte en outre un dessin qui sert de gabarit de perçage, avec notamment l'indication de la position de trous 35, pour la fixation des clips 37 sur un plafond ou un mur.
    Sur la figure 4, le rectangle de carton 38 est à moitié détaché. Du fait que les clips de fixation, dont un est représenté en 36, sont placés derrière cette partie 38, ils sont accessibles. Il sont attachés par un moyen provisoire quelconque, par exemple un morceau de ruban adhésif non représenté, de façon qu'un installateur puisse prélever les clips nécessaires sans ouvrir complètement le boítier d'emballage et surtout sans retirer le luminaire de l'emballage. Il est clair que le clip 36 n'est pas nécessairement attaché dans le boítier d'emballage à la place qu'il occupera, vis-à-vis du luminaire, une fois ce dernier en position d'utilisation. Ainsi les luminaires peuvent être conservés emballés, donc protégés, pendant toute la période de fixation des clips à un plafond ou une cloison, période pendant laquelle l'installateur dispose à la fois des clips et de leur gabarit de montage.
    Il doit être compris que le verbe "comprendre" n'exclut pas la présence d'autres éléments ou étapes que celles listées dans une revendication.

    Claims (3)

    1. Boítier d'emballage pour un luminaire destiné à être fixé à un support quelconque au moyen de pièces intermédiaires (36) à fixer au dit support, pièces munies de moyens pour y accrocher le luminaire, caractérisé en ce que le boítier d'emballage (30) comprend une partie (38) facilement détachable de l'emballage fermé, et les dites pièces intermédiaires sont placées dans le boítier d'emballage derrière la partie détachable, et sont amovibles de manière à pouvoir être prélevées sans ouvrir le reste de l'emballage.
    2. Boítier d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie facilement détachable de l'emballage fermé est comprise dans une paroi de l'emballage et entourée par une ligne (40) le long de laquelle la paroi de l'emballage est semi-incisée.
    3. Boítier d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la partie facilement détachable de l'emballage fermé porte un dessin (35) destiné à servir de gabarit de fixation des pièces intermédiaires.
