Description

The present invention relates to a device comprising daily and weekly spaces for simultaneous reading notes written in a weekly space and in at least one daily space. The invention further relates to a method of manufacture of such a device.

French device No. 1 093 060 describes a device for keep fixed information, useful information and notes made over a specified period. Such a device is more particularly a pocket book allowing with the least pain and great certainty to record notes and keep various information and indications. This system consists of a notebook pocket fitted with a removable sheet assembly system, a certain number of loose sheets required for the period envisaged, under which are fixed sheets of information, sheets for receiving notes and index sheets for separate the sets of the various kinds of sheets, and in addition a receptacle particular arranged to keep these sheets outside of the poached. Some slips are daily slips and others are monthly slips. This device is such that we can join together removable only a few daily sheets and a monthly sheet, while the receptacle can hold many daily sheets and monthly slips. The purpose of this device is to allow the user to take only a few sheets while the other sheets are contained in the receptacle. It therefore saves space and weight since the user only takes a few sheets in his book, while most of the slips are kept in the receptacle. This device consists of simple sheets constituting the daily space and double sheets constituting the weekly space on the front and the meeting space with various general information on the back and variables. The sheets F2 carry the second, third, fourth and fifth daily spaces.

The weekly spaces are in column, while the daily spaces can be of various presentations and uses multiple.

The sheets F2 each bear the spaces on their front side second and fifth day spaces, the front back with daily spaces of the third and fourth daily spaces.

The invention further relates to a method of manufacturing such a device.

The method of manufacturing such a book is to perform a particular folding of a sheet of paper previously printed. This sheet F3 has the dimensions L3 = 2L and H3 = 2H, for example, but preferably L3 = 79.8 cm on H3 = 54.8 cm.

This sheet is folded over its entire length L3, longitudinally along a fold line P1 distant from H / a from the free edge of the sheet. There is shown in Figure 1, a book according to the present invention, in the open position. This book has a height H and a width L in the open position. This book includes an assembly of F1 sheets which are rectangular, of dimensions L x H. These sheets are joined by their median M. For example, they can be stapled or sewn according to their median M. The book according to the present invention comprises in in addition to rectangular sheets F2, of dimensions L x H / a. a able vary from 2 to 4, for example a is equal to 2. Depending on the embodiment preferred of the present invention, the sheets F2 are therefore of dimensions halves of the dimensions of the sheets F1. The method of manufacturing the device according to the present invention is described in more detail with reference to Figures 5 to 9.

This process is such that a pre-printed F3 sheet is folded such as that shown in Figure 5. This sheet has a width equal to 2L and a height equal to 2H. After being folded four times, according to the fold lines from P1 to P4, this sheet forms sheets F1 of width L / 2, in closed book position, and of height H and sheets F2 of width L / 2, in closed book position, and of height H / a, a being between 2 and 4, for example equal to 2.

First, a fold is made along a fold line P1 which is parallel to the free longitudinal edge B1 of the sheet F3. This fold is done according to Arrow FL1.

Then a second fold is made along a fold line P2 which is parallel to the longitudinal free edge B2 opposite B1, of the sheet F3. This fold is made according to arrow FL2, in the opposite direction to the direction of the FL1 arrow. We then obtain the sheet shown in Figure 6 which is folded in three.

Thirdly, folding takes place along a folding line P3 which is the median of the sheet folded previously in three. We obtains a sheet folded in six.

Fourthly, it folds along a fold line P4 which is on the median of the sheet previously folded in six. We then obtains a sheet folded in twelve, which has two edges verticals B3 and B4 obtained by folding on the fold lines P3 and P4 and two horizontal edges B5 and B6 obtained by the fold lines P1 and P2. To form a book, simply assemble several sheets folded in twelve and join them together by sewing, staples or gluing, depending on the edge B4. Then we cut the edges along edges B3, B5 and B6 to separate the sheets from the book. We thus obtain a book by assembly F1 sheets at the heart of which F2 sheets are inserted alternately in lower or upper positions relative to F1 sheets.

It goes without saying that the present invention cannot be limited to the description above of one of its embodiments, capable of undergo a certain number of modifications, in particular in the printed information desired by the various users, without however depart from the scope of the invention in the field of organization and time management.
