Description
Patentanspruchs 1.The present invention relates to a cabinet element which
forms a substantially right-angled corner, according to the preamble of
Kitchen equipment usually consists of lower cabinets, which are provided with a cover in which sink and cooking plates are embedded, and in addition to a large storage space and work surfaces for kitchen users. These base cabinets are designed to that they not only go from wall to wall in kitchens, but also around the kitchen Corners are led. The corner area in the corresponding base cabinet is only difficult to access, since the two back-sides forming the angle of the corresponding Cabinet element are concealed by the walls of the kitchen while the two front sides by the continuation continued angled continuation elements the lower cabinet are covered. Like accessibility to corner elements of lower cabinets can be guaranteed, for example, is made EP-A-0 441 919.
Usually, modern kitchen appliances are above the lower cabinets and spaced from these so-called wall cabinets, usually with the same classification and the same course as the Base cabinets can be arranged. This also results in the upper cabinets the above problems in the corner as in the lower cabinets. These problems are even greater in the upper cabinets, as the Depth of these upper cabinets is less than the depth of the base cabinets. To the To make full use of the available space is in the area the rear wall no space available, for example, a back frame to mount. Furthermore, because of the height on which these upper cabinets are arranged, the accessibility in particular for small-grown people difficult.
Both the base cabinets and the upper cabinets is a rectilinear extension of the first frame with the attached thereto Door element not possible, especially if the door element to the other Cabinet element abutting, which is aligned parallel to the extension direction is, and this further cabinet element in turn equipped with a door element is, which is provided with a protruding door handle.
The object of the present invention is now a Cabinet element that forms a substantially right-angled corner, so to design, that the space utilization is optimal, that good accessibility is achieved, and that the extraction of the first frame with the attached thereto Door element is also possible, if this to the other cabinet element, which is aligned parallel to the extension direction, practically abutting is.
According to the invention, the solution of this problem by the
With this inventive cabinet element are the above Goals achieved. The depth of the cabinet element can be fully utilized Accessibility is achieved by pivoting around the vertical Axis optimal, especially on the back of the first storage compartments. With the guideway, which is stationary with respect to the vertical axis, and along which a guide element is guided, which faces away in the door element End portion of the first frame attached to this can be achieved be that when pulling out the first frame from the cabinet element First, a small pivoting of the first frame to the vertical Axis takes place and in the end of the Ausziehweges a pivoting until it is fully swung out. With this little pivoting at the beginning of the extraction of the first frame with the inside hinged first shelves, causes the door element of the Door element of the further cabinet element abutting the cabinet element, which is aligned parallel to the extension direction, is moved away. Thereby For example, a handle that on this door element of the other Cabinet element is attached, to be driven around.
Furthermore, one gets in an optimal way a well-defined Movement when pulling out and pivoting the first frame with respect to the cabinet element. A wrong manipulation is excluded, even when swinging back and pushing the movement is accurate Are defined.
In a simple way, the guideway is formed from a piece of wire, which is provided with the desired bends, wherein the guide element may have the form of a pin which rotatably in the first frame is inserted and provided with a recess, the the wire piece at least partially surrounds. With this configuration is achieved an inexpensive to produce and easy to install guide.
Advantageously, in the cabinet element parallel to the rear wall slidably mounted a carriage, which is provided with a vertical frame, on which further storage compartments can be hung. This car can be in the Corner region of the cabinet element are pushed back, whereby in the front Area of the cabinet element in which the access is located, Space is created for the inserted first frame with the first Storage compartments. If the first frame with the first slots from the Cabinet element is pulled out, the cart can with the other storage compartments be moved into the area of access of the cabinet element. This will increase the accessibility to the other storage compartments that are locked in Condition of the cabinet element in the rear area of the cabinet element are housed, optimally achieved.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is in that the guide means are coupled to an angle lever, which is pivotally mounted on the bottom element or on the cover and the with a coupling rod is connected, which in turn is hinged to the car, such that when swinging the first frame of the car in the area the access is movable. This will provide optimal and easy accessibility obtained, in particular to the other attached to the car Storage compartments.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the car is equipped with four wheels, of which the two to the rear wall the cabinet element arranged rollers in a parallel to the rear wall extending in the cabinet element preferably attached to the bottom element Guide rail are guided longitudinally. The other two roles are free rolling supported on the bottom element of the cabinet element. This will optimum guidance of the car is achieved, the space required by these Leadership claimed, can be kept to a minimum.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the vertical frame is attached to the car so that it is against the rear Sidewall directed and parallel to this side wall runs. With this Arrangement, the depth of the cabinet element can be fully utilized.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention is that the vertical axis is fixed to a second frame which is parallel to the front side wall and by means of linear guides with respect to this Sidewall in the extension direction is displaced. This allows the vertical Axis when pulling out and pivoting the first frame out of the Cabinet element are moved out, thereby allowing the Swivel angle, around which the first frame swung out with the storage compartments can be increased and thus the accessibility to access can be improved.
A further advantageous embodiment of the invention results from that the second frame cooperates with a locking device, which locks the second frame in the extended state and this during insertion and pivoting back of the first frame in the cabinet element holds in the advanced end position. This locking device is only solved when the first frame is about to reach the inserted position, after which the first frame and the second Frame substantially in the inserted position in the Cabinet element can be pushed. This will be an optimal movement reached.
Advantageously, the first frame by a snap device held in the retracted position. This avoids that the first frame with the attached door element and in the first frame hinged first shelves independently from the Extend the cabinet element.

Fig. 1 bis 4 strichpunktiert dargestellt sind.The
The
The
Fig. 2.
Schrankelement 1 heraus verschoben.The
der erste Rahmen 13 bezüglich des zweiten Rahmens 20.When this position shown in Fig. 2 is reached, the
12 eine erzwungene Verschwenkung um die vertikale Achse 18.To do a combined and guided movement (pulling out and
Pivoting) of the
As can be seen from Fig. 3, with this combined movement
"Pulling - pivoting" can be achieved that the
90° betragen. The extraction and pivoting of the
As is apparent from Figs. 1 to 4, is in the rear corner of the
Cabinet element 1 a
30 in optimaler Weise möglich.
Now, if the
From Figs. 5 to 8 are an enlarged view of the
The
When pulling out and pivoting of the
The fully swung-out position can be limited by a
"Ausziehen - Verschwenken" bzw. "Einschieben - Verschwenken" zwangsgesteuert
ist, so dass keine Fehlmanipulation erfolgen kann. The pivoting back and insertion of the first frame 13th
is achieved in reverse order of the previous steps. Out
Fig. 8 shows that, for the time being, pivoting back is the dominant movement

Somit wird also beim Ausziehen zuerst
Fig. 6 bis 8 dargestellt ist.As already mentioned, takes place when pulling out of the first frame 13th
with the
When swinging back and inserting the
To avoid the
In Figs. 9 and 10, the arrangement of the
entspricht.This
An diesem
As can be seen from Fig. 12, the
In the illustrated embodiment, this
In a further embodiment of the

In the last, relatively small area of the pull-out track, by the
