Claims (10)

  1. Boíte à plier réalisée à partir d'un flan préencollé d'une seule pièce (10) en carton ou en matériau équivalent, dotée d'un bec de versement que l'on peut déplier vers l'extérieur et replier vers l'intérieur et qui est formée par des panneaux partiels de bec de versement agencés dans des panneaux partiels intérieur et extérieur du flan (17, 17a ; 20), au moins partiellement attachés l'un à l'autre, dans le flan préencollé d'une seule pièce de la boíte à plier, le bec de versement comprenant un panneau frontal (38, 35) et, connecté à celui-ci via une ou plusieurs indications de pliage (27, 28), au moins un panneau latéral (36), et le panneau frontal formant le long d'un côté une connexion articulée (26, 31) vers lesdits panneaux partiels de flan au moins partiellement attachés l'un à l'autre, et formant ensemble avec ledit au moins un panneau latéral le bec de versement, caractérisée en ce que l'indication de pliage (27) entre ledit au moins un panneau latéral (36) et le panneau frontal du bec de versement, qui est réalisé conjointement avec les autres indications de pliage du flan de boíte à plier (10), présente un affaiblissement de matière par une opération de pré-pliage autre qu'un pliage possible lors de l'érection du flan préencollé.
  2. Boíte à plier selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce qu'une paire de panneaux latéraux (36, 37) sont poinçonnés dans le panneau intérieur (17, 17a) desdits panneaux partiels de flan au moins partiellement attachés l'un à l'autre, et en ce que le panneau frontal comprend des panneaux partiels (38, 35), attachés l'un à l'autre, dans les deux panneaux partiels du flan.
  3. Boíte à plier selon la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que le panneau partiel extérieur (38) du panneau frontal est poinçonné dans le panneau extérieur des panneaux partiels de flan (20 ; 17, 17a) au moins partiellement attachés l'un à l'autre, et se termine à l'une de ses extrémités par ladite connexion articulée (31, 26), et se transforme à l'extrémité opposée en une languette de scellement (39) susceptible d'être arrachée.
  4. Boíte à plier selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la languette de scellement est attachée sur le panneau frontal par une indication de déchirure (32) qui, après enlèvement, expose une partie de saisie pour le bec de versement dans l'un desdits panneaux partiels de flan (20 ; 17, 17a) au moins partiellement attachés l'un à l'autre.
  5. Boíte à plier selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce qu'un panneau latéral au moins comporte, à son extrémité détournée de la connexion articulée (31, 26), une courbure (22) qui produit au moins partiellement un jeu entre le panneau latéral et un bord (21) dans le panneau partiel intérieur du flan (17, 17a), ce bord délimitant une ouverture de versement.
  6. Boíte à plier selon la revendication 5, caractérisée en ce que au moins un panneau latéral (36) comporte un agencement d'arrêt (22a) qui limite le dépliage du bec de versement.
  7. Boíte à plier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le bec de versement est positionné de telle manière que la direction initiale et la direction du mouvement d'un panneau latéral (37) coïncide avec une paroi latérale (11) de la boíte à plier.
  8. Boíte à plier selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le bec de versement est positionné essentiellement au centre sur un côté de la boíte à plier.
  9. Procédé de fabrication d'une boíte à plier à partir d'un flan d'une seule pièce (10) réalisé en carton ou en matériau équivalent, dotée d'un bec de versement qui peut être déplié et replié et qui est formé de panneaux partiels de bec de versement agencés dans des panneaux partiels intérieur et extérieur du flan (17, 17a ; 20) au moins partiellement attachés l'un à l'autre, dans le flan d'une seule pièce (10) de la boíte à plier, le bec de versement comprenant un panneau frontal (38, 35) et, connecté à celui-ci via une ou plusieurs indications de pliage (27, 28), aux moins un panneau latéral (36), et le panneau frontal formant le long de l'un de ses côtés une connexion articulée (31, 26) vers lesdits panneaux partiels de flan au moins partiellement attachés l'un à l'autre, et formant le bec de versement, conjointement avec ledit au moins un panneau latéral, caractérisé en ce que ledit au moins un panneau latéral (36) est pré-plié autour de son indication de pliage (27) pour effectuer un affaiblissement de matériau, et en ce que ledit au moins un panneau latéral est positionné essentiellement dans le même plan que le panneau frontal (38, 35) lorsque lesdits panneaux partiels de flan (17, 17a, 20) sont pliés pour former un flan préencollé à plat, suite à quoi la boíte à plier est formée en érigeant ledit flan préencollé à plat.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que le bec de versement est positionné de telle façon qu'un bord latéral (29, 28) de sa partie frontale, ledit bord étant adjacent à la connexion articulée, coïncide avec un bord latéral (19) de la boíte à plier.
