Die Oberflächen der verwendeten Zusatzstoffe können außerdem chemisch modifiziert sein,
wodurch bspw. die Einbettung der Zusatzstoffe in das Material der Klebstoffbeschichtung
verbessert wird. So ist es bspw. bei der Verwendung von Silica (SiO2) als Zusatzstoff
vorgesehen, Silica mit unterschiedlichen Silanbeschichtungen einzusetzen.
Als Silica kommen die natürlich vorkommenden Silica, wie Sand, Quarz oder Quarzit, oder

Dabei wird zur Herstellung dieser klebebeschichteten Deckschicht (1B) die Klebebeschichtung (1B0) vorzugsweise in flüssiger Form mittels Walzen gleichmäßig auf der Deckschicht (1B) verteilt und anschließend getrocknet und ausgehärtet. In einem 5. - The method as set forth in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive coatings (1A0 and 1B0) have calcium carbonate as an additive (Z).
- The method as set forth in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the percentage by weight of the additives (z) in the adhesive coatings (1A0 and 1B0) amounts to between 0.1% and 60%.
- A multiple layer identity card of plastic
