Description

The invention relates to a motor vehicle headlamps with plastic reflector, in particular thermoplastic reflector, and mounted incandescent mounting plate for inserting a light bulb, wherein the Glühhlampenhalterungspltine is mounted on projecting from the reflector back wall, integrally formed therewith webs with distance to the reflector back wall, and on the webs stops for the incandescent mounting plate are formed.

As a result of the high incandescent performance in motor vehicle headlamps, a high amount of heat is released and since the use of plastic reflectors on their temperature sensitivity must be taken into account, especially in thermoplastics, which are currently preferred because of their low production costs and compared to thermosets much more favorable processability, e.g. as polyetherimides and polyethersulfides.

In other words, the best possible heat dissipation via the light bulb base and the bulb holder is desired.

For this purpose, in the vehicle headlamp described above, the bulb holder board is mounted on protruding from the reflector back wall, with this integrally formed webs at a distance from the reflector back wall. Such a headlight is for example from the EP-A-0 347 065 and the US-A-5 095 410 known.

From the EP-A-0 347 065 It is also known to form stops for the incandescent mounting plate on the webs.

For clamping the board in the posture, the invention provides that the incandescent mounting plate has slots for the passage of a portion of the webs and is formed on at least one side wall of the slots, a spring tongue for abutment with the penetrating land area.

The construction according to the invention results in a largely flushability of the incandescent lamp socket and the bulb base with air and thus good cooling.

In addition to the task of cooling was the task of simplified light bulb replacement with secure fit of the bulb socket in its holder without complicated holding parts that are difficult to handle especially in the dark and can be lost. To solve this problem is provided according to the invention, the Incandescent lamps to the incandescent lamp holder, ie to the circuit board, so that the incandescent lamp base is under spring load in the snapped-on state. For this purpose, it is provided that the incandescent mounting plate has a spring tongue to rest on the lamp base, which forms part of a Kippschnappsitzes for the bulb, in particular, the spring tongue is provided for engagement with a lateral centering extension of the bulb base.

Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispiels unter Bezugnahme auf die Zeichnung näher beschrieben, in der Fig. 1 eine Schrägansicht auf die Reflektorrückseite eines erfindungsgemässen Kfz-Scheinwerfers und Fig. 2 eine Schnittansicht gemäss Fig. 1 in der Ebene der beiden Glühlampenanschlüsse ist.1 is an oblique view of the reflector rear side of a motor vehicle headlamp according to the invention, and FIG. 2 is a sectional view according to FIG. 1 in the plane of the two incandescent lamp terminals.

At the back 2 of a plastic reflector three webs are molded 3,4,5, to which a bulb holder board 1 is attached from sheet metal. For this purpose, the board 1 with the webs corresponding punched slots 7, in each of which a one-piece with the board 1 tongue 9 protrudes. The circumferential intervals between the webs and slots are uneven, so that the bulb holder board (1) can be plugged only in one orientation on the webs, the webs 3,4,5 of the reflector each have a shoulder 6, to which the board 1 on the Webs is pushed, with sections 8 of the webs pass through the slots 7 of the board and are locked by the spring tongues 9 against removal. In the deferred state, the board rests only on the paragraphs 6 of the webs 3,4,5, but touched the back of the reflector itself nowhere. The bulb holder board 1 has a central recess with opening for the incandescent lamp, wherein in the central recess of the cup-shaped bulb base 11 is used.
The incandescent lamp base 11 has at least one tongue-shaped lateral centering extension 12 which, when the incandescent lamp is inserted into the headlight, passes through a corresponding slot of the side wall of the circuit board 1 and presses out a spring tongue 10 integral with the side wall. The centering extension 12 opposite lower edge 13 of the bulb base 11 snaps when inserting the bulb into the board 1 against the pressure of the spring tongue 10 on the edge of the board 14. The centering 12 of the bulb base 11 together with the board side wall prevents the bulb 11 is simply removed - It must be tilted out of its snap fit in the board and tipped into it and the pressure of the spring tongue 10 prevents displacement of the light bulb socket 11 in the board, so that they would not need a fuse. Two or three centering extensions 12 with corresponding spring tongues 10 are preferred if a particularly firm lamp seat is to be achieved.
In the drawing, however, such a fuse is a compression spring in the form of a wire bail 15, the free ears 16,17 in the bent side of the board 1 side hooks 18, 19 and the central web 20 in the bend 21 of a side wall portion 23 of the board 1 can be suspended. The side wall portion 23 also serves for the insertion of the centering extension 12 of the light bulb base 11 and from it the spring tongue 10 is bent away. To change the light bulb, first the ears 16,17 are hung from the tracks 18,19 and then the center bar, so the wire ball 15 is free and the bulb base 11 together with bulb can be tilted from the board 1, wherein it is preferred to match the component tolerances to each other in that the incandescent lamp socket snaps into the board with a click sound (changing the lamp bulb in the dark).
The construction according to the invention allows a free air circulation between reflector and bulb holder and lamp base, thus excellent cooling, ie dissipation of the heat generated by the bulb.
For this purpose, the edge 22 of the bulb socket 11 may be provided with pressed-radial thicknesses, which result in a local line contact between the edge 22 and the board 1, wherein in the spaces air circulation is possible.
The bulb holder board 1 has, for reasons of rigidity, a slightly flanged edge, which points to the side of the reflector back wall with the board attached, wherein the flanging prevents cable shearing.
