Claims (9)

  1. Verfahren zum Wechseln der Zufuhr von Schlauchfolie (4, 4'), wenn sie in einer Verpackungsmaschine zum Füllen von pulverförmigen oder kömigen Werkstoffen in Säcke, welche aus der Folie geformt werden, verwendet wird, wobei die Folie an einem Träger (1, 1') in einer Zick-Zack-Form gehalten und ihr letzter Teil (6) unter dem Zick-Zack-Teil zurückgefaltet wird und mit einem elastischen Ring (8, 8') staubdicht auf einen Tragring (2) der Maschine aufgeklemmt werden soll,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Teil (7') einer neuen Schlauchfolie (4') zum staubdichten Einpacken des letzten geformten Sackes (4) des vorangegangenen Nachschubs an Folie mit Hilfe eines neuen elastischen Ringes (8') verwendet wird, welcher auf den Tragring aufgeklemmt wird.
  2. Verfahren zum Wechseln nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der letzte Teil (6) der Schlauchfolie (4) mit einem elastischen Ring (8) auf den Tragring (2) aufgeklemmt wird, wobei die Breite des Tragringes (2) so ist, dass der zweite elastische Ring (8') neben dem ersten elastischen Ring (8) angeordnet werden kann.
  3. Verfahren zum Wechseln nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der nächste beladene zylindrische Träger (1') über den letzten Teil der Schlauchfolie (4) des vorhergehenden leeren Trägers (1) angeordnet und staubdicht mit einem nächsten elastischen Ring (8') auf den Tragring (2) festgelegt wird, nachdem der benutzte elastische Ring weggerollt oder abgestreift wurde.
  4. Vorrichtung zum Anwenden des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1, 2 und 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der elastische Ring (8, 8') einen ovalen, runden oder rechteckigen Querschnitt aufweist.
  5. Austauschbarer Träger mit Schlauchfolie zur Verwendung bei dem Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er einen Nachschub an zick-zack-zusammengepresster Schlauchfolie (4) aufweist, von dem der letzte Teil zurückgefaltet ist und sich unter dem Nachschub der Schlauchfolie erstreckt, während der erste Teil der Zick-Zack-Folie (4) unter dem Träger hervorsteht.
  6. Träger nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einer Anzahl an Verstärkungsringen (11, 12, 13) versehen ist.
  7. Träger nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er mit einem zweiten aufblasbaren Gummiringband eines anderen Schnellverschlusses versehen ist, durch welchen der Träger an der Verpackungsmaschine (20) befestigt ist.
  8. Träger nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger aus Pappe oder Kunststoffmaterial hergestellt ist.
  9. Träger nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Träger (1) nach unten hin konisch ausgestattet ist.
