Abstract
Description
Ce corps monolithique est beaucoup plus résistant qu'un corps en plusieurs parties, ne serait-ce que parce qu'il augmente les sections existantes par suppression des trous nécessaires aux organes de liaison des différents éléments d'un corps en plusieurs parties. De même, la suppression dans la barrette de la rainure de positionnement des éléments latéraux permet d'augmenter la dimension de la section résistante de cette barrette, donc la résistance globale du corps de base.
Claims (6)
- Cylindre renforcé pour serrure ou crémone à larder composée d'un corps de base en forme d'étrier et composé de deux éléments cylindriques latéraux coaxiaux, espacés l'un de l'autre et disposés de part et d'autre du plan médian transversal du corps de base, chaque élément latéral comportant une portée cylindrique dans laquelle est monté libre en rotation un corps cylindrique portant les moyens d'actionnement du mécanisme de serrure, et dans lesquels l'entraínement en rotation de ce corps cylindrique est assuré par des moyens tels qu'une boíte à gorges, le rotor d'un demi-cylindre ou le nez d'un bouton, disposés dans des enveloppes, rapportées sur les éléments latéraux du corps de base, caractérisé en ce que le corps cylindrique axial (7, 7a, 7e), portant les moyens d'actionnement (6, 6a, 43a, 43b, 45) du mécanisme d'une serrure, dépasse longitudinalement vers l'extérieur de chacune des portées (8) dans lesquelles il est monté libre en rotation et chacune de ses extrémités est munie d'un moyen de calage en translation longitudinale (14,50), apte à coopérer avec une face d'appui (16, 52) du corps du cylindre, l'un au moins de ces moyens de calage étant constitués par un jonc élastique (14) engagé dans une gorge extérieure (15), ménagée à l'une des extrémités du corps cylindrique (7,7a à 7e).
- Cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps axial cylindrique (7, 7a à 7d) comporte à chacune de ses extrémités une gorge extérieure (15) pour un jonc (14).
- Cylindre selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps externe cylindrique (7e) comporte à une extrémité une gorge extérieure (15) pour un jonc (14) et, à son autre extrémité, une collerette radiale externe (50) apte à venir en contact avec la face d'appui (52) du corps de base.
- Cylindre selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (C) du cylindre est constitué par un étrier monolithique composé d'une barrette longitudinale (20, 30), de deux barreaux transversaux extrêmes (21a, 21b, 31a, 31b) et de deux éléments tubulaires coaxiaux et espacés, comportant les portées cylindriques (8) pour le corps cylindrique axial, chaque portée se raccordant par une gorge (16) ou un épaulement d'appui (17, 52) avec un alésage (18) de plus grand diamètre.
- Cylindre renforcé selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le corps (c) du cylindre monolithique est traversé, dans chacun de ses barreaux (31a, 31b) reliant sa barrette (30) à l'un des éléments tubulaires latéraux (32a, 32b, 42, 42b), par au moins un alésage transversal (33) pour une goupille (34) dont les extrémités dépassant du corps (C) sont aptes à venir en appui contre la face interne de la serrure.
- Cylindre selon les revendications 1 et 4, caractérisé en ce que chacun des barreaux (31a, 31b) du corps (C) de cylindre en forme d'étrier comporte au moins un logement borgne pour un plot anti-perçage (36) réalisé dans un matériau résistant au perçage par un foret.
