Damit wird zwar eine Vorprogrammierung für bestimmte Stellungen des Arbeitstisches möglich, doch bleibt das Problem hinsichtlich der individuellen Einstellung des Arbeitstisches in Abhängigkeit vom jeweiligen Tischbenützer bestehen.To set, for example, the worktop height of a worktable, it is already known (US Pat. Zum Unterschied zu herkömmlichen Steuerungen weist die Eingabeeinheit 8 jedoch zusätzlich eine Leseeinrichtung 11 für einen elektronischen Datenträger 12 auf, um entweder aufgrund einer auf dem Datenträger 12 abgespeicherten Kennung das Schaltfeld 9 zur Betätigung des Antriebes 4 freizugeben oder die auf dem Datenträger 12 abgespeicherten Sollwerte für die Arbeitstischverstellung unter Umgehung des Schaltfeldes 9 unmittelbar an die Steuereinrichtung 7 auszulesen. Um besonders einfache Handhabungsverhältnisse zu schaffen, ist die Leseeinrichtung 11 als Abfragesender 13 für einen den Datenträger 12 bildenden Transponder 14 ausgebildet.
