Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zur Montage von Kolben (9) mit radial nach außen spannenden Kolbenringen (10,10',10'') in Zylindern.
Mittels eines die Kolben (9) umspannenden Spannkörpers werden die Kolbenringe (10,10',10'') im Kolben zentrisch gehalten. Der Spannkörper (1) weist Segmente auf, die unter Federkraft an den Kolbenringen (10,10',10'') anliegen. Die Spannkraft ist so bemessen, daß die Tangentialkraft der Kolbenringe überschritten wird.

The invention relates to a device for assembling pistons (9) with piston rings (10, 10 ', 10'') which radially extend outwards in cylinders.
The piston rings (10, 10 ', 10'') are held centrally in the piston by means of a clamping body spanning the pistons (9). The clamping body (1) has segments which bear against the piston rings (10, 10 ', 10'') under spring force. The clamping force is dimensioned so that the tangential force of the piston rings is exceeded.
